| With the process of urbanization,urban space continues to expand,and ecological environment problems occur frequently.As an important area within the urban development boundary to relieve the pressure of urban ecological environment,the special use zone contains certain ecological and agricultural space,and has the functions of ecological conservation,leisure and recreation.Under the requirements of high-quality development,the contradiction between protection and development in this region is becoming more and more prominent,and there are problems such as inefficient and disorderly land use,low ecological benefits and increased construction scale,and use control is facing many pressures.First of all,through literature reading and case study on the theories related to special use zones and non-centralized construction zones,the connotation of special use zones is sorted out,and relevant research on the planning and control of non-construction Spaces such as ecology and agriculture is carried out,and various problems of special use zones are summarized by field investigation and case practice.Secondly,the detailed planning and control indicators of special use zones were constructed from six aspects: land use,environmental capacity,facility allocation,ecological agriculture conservation,behavioral activities and landscape features,including 6 sub-systems and 59 indicators.In addition,the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used to carry out weight analysis on 33 indicators of guiding type and characteristic type,screen the more important indicators,determine the control system for the detailed planning of the special use area,and put forward the control requirements and methods.Finally,based on the research area situation of Hefei City,the sub-unit division of special purpose area is carried out on the basis of detailed research on control path through the consideration of unit types,multi-factor control and full-cycle feedback mechanism,and applicable control methods such as prescriptive regulations,access list and control plan are proposed to deepen control path and optimize control mode.Based on the theories of spatial governance and urban ecology,this paper proposes the detailed planning and control indicators and control paths of special use zones,aiming to establish a detailed planning and control system of special use zones within urban development boundaries,optimize their control paths in combination with research regions,refine effective analysis and control methods,and practice the whole-area all-factor control mode of detailed territorial space planning.Figure [32],table [13],reference [96]... |
