| China’s economic level continues to improve,urbanization construction continues to advance,engineering construction industry rapid development,engineering construction has become an important support for economic and social development and the internal pillar of long-term development of enterprises,related to national economic development and people’s life and property safety,the government is also constantly formulating and improving the relevant management system and management system for engineering project construction.Engineering construction project is a systematic process,in the construction process to analyze the project risk factors,strengthen construction risk management,so as to ensure the smooth and normal construction of the house.In China,the construction process of engineering projects is an extremely complex system,which is too disturbed by external factors,such as social factors,natural factors,and epidemic factors.The risks of engineering projects usually involve multi-objective,multi-subject and multi-stage,with long-term,interrelated,complex and other characteristics.The main characteristics of engineering construction are huge investment,long construction period,strong integrity and fixed nature.Because of these characteristics,various problems will occur in the construction process of the project,such as the investment amount exceeding the budget,the construction schedule delay,the construction materials are unqualified,and the safety management is not in place.From the perspective of the construction unit of the engineering project,this paper first sorts out the relevant theoretical research results of engineering construction risk management,and provides the basis for risk analysis and identification in the construction process of the engineering project.Through field field investigation,literature reading,actual accident case analysis and consulting with professional construction personnel,the risk factors of engineering project construction are preliminarily identified.The Delphi method was adopted to screen the risk indicators,optimize and summarize the risk elements of the construction of the project,and finally determine the risk evaluation index system of the construction of the project.The construction progress risk,construction safety risk,construction quality risk and construction cost risk were identified as four criterion layers and twelve index layers.Combined with the actual Y project construction case,the analytic hierarchy method and the entropy weight method were used to determine the risk factor weights of the four criterion layers and twelve index layers respectively,and then the AHP-entropy weight method was used to determine the final risk weights of the criterion layer and the index layer.According to the corresponding risk factors of project construction,formulate risk management measures to effectively avoid project risks and project control,reduce various economic,social and environmental losses caused by risk factors in the process of project construction,maximize benefits,make engineering projects proceed smoothly,and provide reference value for the risk management of other project construction projects in China.Figure[3] Table[28] Reference[49]... |
