With the acceleration of the development speed of construction projects,people pay more and more attention to the risks in construction projects,with the development of the architecturaltechnique and its constructionwhich makes the technology and materials lags behind the requirements of social development and also depressed the overall benefits than it had expected.Many risks are certified exist in its construction projects and also the participants themselves involved the technical risk,capital risk and human resources risk.So risk management has been generally accepted by people.Risk management is the whole process of the entire construction project,which can be built.The uncertainties that may occur in the project are identified and pre-jugated,and measures can be taken to control and manage the emerging risks.However,the occurrence of risks in construction projects is uncertain,So many construction projects now have some uncertain risks.These risks sometimes have a great impact on the entire construction project.However,due to many projects nowadays,The project manager pays little attention to some potential risks,so there are still many uncertainties in the construction projects in China.These risks bring great progress and quality to the whole project.The big impact,so now more and more engineering managers are paying attention to the risk management of the project.This paper takes the construction project of Lanzhou R&D Center as the research object,obtains the research status at home and abroad with the research on the related literature of project risk management which gives new perspective on the risks in construction projects while summarizes the related theories of project risks management.The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to analyze and evaluate the risks in the construction project of LanzhouR&D Center,and the risks of the construction project of it were carried out.The classification and ranking of the analysis level,the construction risk of the construction project of Lanzhou R&D Center put forward control measures,mainly to provide corresponding solutions to the risks in terms of organization and management,construction period and quality,improve its overall quality by reducing the input costs which helps to promote the smooth implementation of the construction project of the R&D Center...
