Point-of-care testing(POCT)is an indispensable part of in vitro diagnosis.It has the advantages of rapid diagnosis,high accuracy,simple operation and convenient portability.It has been highly concerned by researchers and has broad application prospects in public health monitoring,personal health monitoring and other fields.Among them,as a revolutionary technology of on-site real-time inspection,microfluidic chip has been developed for nearly two decades,and has obtained significant technical breakthroughs and shown huge market potential.It has the characteristics of fast detection,small sample size and easy integration.Portable detection device is an important research direction of on-the-spot detection.The miniaturized and household detection and analysis equipment has great research value and development space.In this dissertation,the medical chip handle with portable detection device is taken as the research object,and the specific research contents include the following aspects:1.The functional area of the medical chip handle is designed,and four areas work together to complete the rapid pressure filtration of body fluids,namely,the supply area,the collection area,the sealing area and the holding area.Medical ABS was selected as raw material of handle from seven common medical plastics,and the physicochemical properties of dyed ABS were tested.The key dimension of handle and the roughness of key sealing area are designed by combining the characteristics of area design and the dyed ABS.2.After comparing the three mesh forms of the medical chip handle model,the 3D solid mesh was selected for meshing,and the viscosity analysis and PVT analysis of the selected materials were selected.The handle model was established for the gating system,compared the two gate positions,combined the fusion line,filling time,air pocket and volume shrinkage effects,selected the side gate position,compared the three gating channel layout methods,selected the standard runner layout method,completed the establishment of the complete gating system of the main channel,the main shunt channel,the secondary shunt channel and the gate of the cold well,and completed the balance of each cavity of the gating system by changing the gate size.Through design calculations,determine the diameter and location layout of cooling channels in the cooling system.3.Starting from the basic structure of injection mold,the size of the concave and convex die is designed in detail,and the radial size and depth size of the concave die,the radial size and height size of the punch die are calculated.Comprehensive injection capacity,locking force,maximum injection pressure three aspects of the injection molding machine model selection;The overall structure of the mold is designed.4.According to the physical and chemical properties of ABS after staining,a suitable orthogonal experimental horizontal range was selected,and CAE software was used for simulation analysis,and the specific values of total deformation,shrinkage index and cavity weight were obtained through orthogonal experiments.Then,the values of each index are normalized by weighted comprehensive scoring method,and the best process of injection molding process is A1B4C1D4E1F2 through range and variance analysis.Finally,the quality of the handle product and the feasibility of the injection mold design scheme are tested through mold tryout.Compared with the average value of the original32 orthogonal tests,the total deformation of the handle under the optimal process was reduced by 15.20%,the shrinkage index of the handle under the optimal process was reduced by 30.29%,and the weight of the handle cavity under the optimal process was increased by 0.76%.Among the listed process parameters,the holding pressure and holding time have the greatest influence on the quality of the handle.This dissertation provides a favorable reference for the design of medical chip handles and the optimization of mold and process optimization,which provides a favorable reference for the design and injection molding optimization of similar"short,thick and small"medical precision parts.Improve the rationality and standardization of the production of similar medical injection parts,reduce the time and cost of product and mold research and development,and have engineering application value.Figure56 table22 reference88...
