| The plastic automobile door inner panel has many advantages such as simple structure,light weight,and durability,and is widely used in automobiles.However,the mold forming process is various.How to optimize the mold process and improve the appearance quality of the product through reasonable molding process parameters,as well as greatly shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost,has become a hot spot for mold enterprise research.The setting of injection molding process parameters also plays a crucial role in the molding process.This article combines the injection mold project of a company’s automobile door inner panel,and designs and analyzes the injection mold,and studies its injection molding process.First,taking the automobile door inner panel produced by a company as an example,the model of the automobile door inner panel was briefly analyzed,and the product 3D model established in the CATIA software was used to describe the design process of the injection mold for the inner door panel of the automobile.Based on the design principles of the mold,The UG three-dimensional software was used to design the components such as molding parts,casting system,cooling system,ejector and core-pulling mechanism.The mold with simple and reasonable structure and reliable operation was obtained,which provided the precondition for optimization of injection molding process parameters.Software mold design,the resulting mold assembly diagram.Secondly,according to the design result of the injection mold of the inner door of the car,three and four different gate positions can be selected through the analysis of the inside plate structure of the car door,and two groups of control experiments are set up to keep the same manufacturing environment.Compared with the pouring of different positions of the product,it is concluded that the four gate can get better casting effect.According to the previous experience,the basic flow of the pouring and cooling system of the inner door plate is first designed,and the warpage deformation verification is carried out to verify the probability and the degree of deformation of the warpage in the interior plate of the car.The shrinkage process of the inner door of the car door is uneven,which is very easy to cause warpage,although the uneven cooling will also cause such a situation,but the impact on it is not large.Finally,based on the numerical analysis results of the injection molding for injection moulds of automobile interior door panels,an orthogonal experimental model was established,including the optimization objectives and experimental factors,test levels and orthogonal tables,and the influence of process parameters on the warpage amount of the automobile door inner panel was analyzed.The analysis includes the effect of process parameters on the warpage and the influence of process parameters on the warpage.In addition,the results of the orthogonal experiments are analyzed,and the volume shrinkage and warpage are calculated by the mean analysis.The trend of the depth of sink marks and the combination of the best process parameters indicate that the car door inner panel injection molds designed in this paper have achieved good results. |
