| The market competition faced by the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce due to the high speed market economy development over recent years.The disadvantages of imperfect resource matching and small-scale industrialization of chemical industry continue to appear.The implementation of EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)project general contracting mode is an effective method to solve the above problems.The construction supply chain under EPC mode is complex and dynamic,and the uncertainty of construction supply chain are influenced by various elements under the EPC mode..Enhancing the toughness of the construction supply chain under EPC mode can effectively improve the stability of the construction supply chain under risk disturbance.Based on the relevant theoretical research on construction supply chain,supply chain toughness and EPC Construction Supply Chain at home and abroad,this paper studies the evaluation index system of construction supply chain toughness based on the EPC mode.The research contents are showing as follow:(1)Through literature research,this paper combs the connotation and characteristics of EPC mode,the concept of construction supply chain under EPC mode.(2)Combined with the characteristics of EPC project,from the perspective of resilience,an initial EPC Construction Supply Chain System toughness evaluation index system composed of five dimensions such as prediction capability,absorption capability,adaptability,recovery capability and growth capability,10 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators is established,and test items are set up according to the index type.(3)A total of 284 valid questionnaires were collected from the supply chain practitioners and project managers of construction units and construction enterprises.Using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 to process the data of the questionnaire,successively pass the questionnaire’s reliability and validity test,verify the consistency and effectiveness of the evaluation system,delete the unqualified indicators and measurement items,and further purify the index system.Based on the structural equation model,the standardized path coefficient is weighted and summarized,obtain the weight of each index and measurement item is obtained,and the final toughness evaluation index system,and the final toughness evaluation index system is obtained.(4)The modified evaluation index system is applied to X Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the supply chain toughness of X Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and the existing problems and reasons of X Engineering Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.Then,it puts forward the toughness improvement strategy from the aspects of supply chain visualization,capital flow flexibility,information flow flexibility and learning ability,which effectively verifies the practicability of the toughness evaluation system of construction supply chain system under EPC mode.Aiming at the resilience of construction supply chain system under EPC mode,this paper puts forward an evaluation index system including five dimensions:prediction ability,absorption ability,adaptability,recovery ability and growth ability.It lays the foundation for the application research of supply chain resilience in the construction industry,makes up for the vacancy of supply chain resilience in the context of the construction industry to a certain degree,and provides theoretical support for China to formulate the strategy to improve the resilience level of construction supply chain system under EPC mode. |
