Prefabricated concrete building is an important force in the transformation and upgrading of construction industry.However,due to the influence of design level,integrated scale and other aspects,the development of prefabricated concrete buildings is restricted by high cost.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the cost control of prefabricated concrete construction and the healthy development of the industry to study the influencing factors and influencing paths of prefabricated concrete construction cost.Based on the research methods of data mining and systems engineering,this study,starting from the cost factors of prefabricated concrete buildings,builds the model of the influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings and its hierarchical structure,analyzes the driving and dependent mechanism of the influence of related factors on the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions for cost control.The main research achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)An evaluation system of cost influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings is established.Firstly,the method of data mining is used to find the influencing factors from the relevant literature.Secondly,the association rule algorithm(Apriori)is used to screen and classify the factors,and 22 main influencing factors are obtained,which belong to six first-level indicators,namely design factor,production factor,transportation factor,management factor,construction technology factor and social factor.Finally,when the overall support degree of the influencing factors in the first-level index is examined,it is discovered that the design factors’overall support degree is higher,demonstrating that the cost is more significantly impacted by the influencing elements listed on the plate.On the basis of this,a system for evaluating the variables that affect the cost of prefabricated concrete building is suggested.(2)Analysis is done on the hierarchical structure relationship and interaction relationship of the variables affecting the cost of prefabricated concrete building.The traditional interpretation structure model’s(ISM)shortcomings of being very subjective can be overcome thanks to the revised interpretation structure model.Through grey relational analysis method,the dual influence relationship of 22 prefabricated concrete construction cost factors was analyzed.On this basis,the explanatory structure model was developed to examine the influencing elements’ hierarchical structure.The reliance and driving power of the influencing factors were examined using the cross-influence matrix multiplication(MICMAC),and the mechanism of interaction between the factors was discovered.The outcomes demonstrate that there are 22 influencing factors,which are separated into 6 tiers,with the top two levels being direct elements,the middle two levels are indirect factors,and the lower two levels are fundamental factors.Among them,the seven factors,the level of production personnel,the level of management personnel,the industrial chain,the rate of prefabrication and assembly,the type and scale of construction,the tax policy and the standards and norms of engineering construction,are at the bottom three levels,with strong driving force and weak dependence,so they have a significant impact on other factors and are the key influencing factors identified in this paper.(3)The cost control measures and suggestions of prefabricated concrete construction are put forward.The cost control measures and suggestions for prefabricated concrete buildings are proposed according to the key influencing factors of hierarchical structure and driving force dependence and other factors,among which,The measures proposed for the key influencing factors include determining reasonable precast rate and assembly rate,vigorously developing prefabricated concrete buildings and expanding industrial scale to form scale effect,improving the level of production personnel,improving the level of management personnel,establishing unified construction standards and norms,implementing tax preferential policies,and establishing the whole industrial chain of prefabricated concrete buildings.
