Study On The Influencing Factors And Control Of The Cost Of Precast Concrete Construction

For a long time,traditional cast-in-place buildings have been the main form of construction in China's construction industry.With the decrease of population dividend and the development strategy of environment-friendly and energy-saving society and other factors,the more mature reform of prefabricated buildings developed in foreign countries has been vigorously promoted in China.Traditional cast-in-place buildings have advantages in terms of safety and cost savings,which has always been a method recognized and familiar by the public.It is widely used in residential projects during the development of the real estate economy and played a pivotal role.The development of prefabricated buildings is more driven by policies,and there is almost no market initiative.On account of low standardization,high design refinement requirements,high cost of component production and installation,it is difficult for prefabricated buildings to match with the onsite construction.In order to maintain higher competitiveness,construction companies will naturally choose the traditional cast-in-place method with lower cost and more flexible construction.This paper focuses on the cost of prefabricated concrete,the factors affecting cost in the process of design,manufacturing,transportation and construction of prefabricated concrete buildings have been studied,by means of traditional cost theory and cost composition calculation,it measures the specific cost of cast-in-place method and prefabricated method in the physical projects and discuss the problems exist in the cost control of prefabricated concrete buildings.Finally,combined with the development of the industry,it puts forward cost optimization suggestions.Prefabricated concrete building is a necessary manifestation of construction industrialization.It is expected that the research in this paper shall contribute to changing the situation of prefabricated building from the state-led to enterprise independent choice,reducing construction pollution,saving resources and energy,improving labor productivity,the level of quality and safety,benefiting for the development and reform of construction industrialization.
