| The utility tunnel can effectively handle the current problem of insufficient carrying capacity faced by the city and play a crucial part in satisfying people’s basic living needs and urban development as a crucial project to improve urban infrastructure needs.It is a relatively new construction method to apply assembly technology in pipe gallery project,which has the advantages of rapid construction,excellent project quality,and sustainability,meeting the requirements of industrialization and greening China’s construction industry.However,due to the limitations of its large construction scale,complex construction environment,and imperfect relevant standards and specifications,the construction cost of assembled utility tunnel is high,and it is challenging to generalize it in a significant portion of China’s pipe gallery market.So it’s necessary to start from the construction stage,conduct a thorough analysis of the elements that affect the cost of an assembled utility tunnel,identify the important factors,and provide appropriate countermeasures in order to lower that cost and encourage the assembled utility tunnel’s better development.In this paper,taking the construction stage of assembled utility tunnel as the research object,with the goal of lowering the cost of construction and optimize the influencing elements,the working structure decomposition method,DEMATEL method and fuzzy cognitive map method are used to establish the analysis model of cost influencing elements,and to investigate the interaction relationship between those factors and the degree to which they influence costs;At the same time,the simulation model of fuzzy cognitive map is constructed,and the action path of influencing factors is evolved from the perspectives of prediction analysis and diagnosis analysis by means of dynamic reasoning,and corresponding improvement countermeasures for cost influencing factors are proposed in accordance with the analysis’ s findings to minimize costs.The main research shows that.(1)Establishing the analysis model of influencing factors by combining the DEMATEL with the fuzzy cognitive map method can comprehensively consider the direct and indirect relationship between factors and the dynamic effect of factors on cost,and make the analysis of factors more comprehensive.Meanwhile,improving the DEMATEL through triangular fuzzy number theory can fuzzy quantify the score value,reduce the subjectivity of expert decision-making,and improve the accuracy of the influencing factor analysis model.(2)Fuzzy cognitive map model based on fuzzy DEMATEL can dynamically reason the factors,and get the stable value of the factors after changing with time.Combined with the actual engineering case,it can be seen that the model has certain applicability for analyzing the influencing factors of assembled utility tunnel cost.(3)Through the causal analysis of fuzzy DEMATEL and the simulation analysis of fuzzy cognitive map,the dynamic evolution reasoning of the influencing factors of assembled utility tunnel cost can be realized,and then get the key influencing factors of assembled utility tunnel construction cost.According to the identified influencing factors,we can put forward cost optimization countermeasures,so that the cost can be controlled and reduced in a targeted manner. |
