As one of the first insurance brokers established in China,Yingda Chang’an Insurance Brokers Company has been maintaining a leading position in the domestic market for many years,relying on rich shareholder resources and high-quality management level.In 2011,in order to serve the construction of the "Belt and Road",the company established an international business department to provide risk management consulting and insurance brokerage services for Chinese enterprises going global.After years of development,international business has become an important business segment of the company,the company has also made considerable progress in providing high-quality services to international businesses.However,compared with international advanced insurance brokers,the depth and breadth of risk management consulting services need to be further improved.The 14 th Five-Year Plan of the company has determined the development goal of "benchmarking international advanced insurance brokers,promoting the transformation of the company from insurance manager to risk management expert and insurance manager ".Therefore,it is urgent to improve the risk management level of the company’s international business.This thesis takes the Lao’s 230 k V Pha Oudom-Pak Ngeuy power transmission project undertaken by the service company as the research object,lists the possible risks during the construction period of the project one by one.After identification,there are 33 risks in the project,such as government efficiency risk.After completing the project risk identification,this thesis uses the research method of questionnaire survey to evaluate the identified risk by combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation.In the quantitative assessment,the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted to multiply the risk frequency,detection and severity to calculate the risk score,and then the risk is divided into five levels for management according to the risk classification standard,and the risk of level 3 or above is determined as the key risk of the project.According to the risk assessment,there are 13 kinds of risks at or above level 3.The overall risk level of the project is at level 2,which is basically controllable.Based on the results of project risk identification and assessment,four risk response strategies of avoidance,prevention,retention and transfer are used.This thesis designs a set of risk response plan for the project,which focuses on prevention and transfer,supplemented by retention and avoidance.On this basis,a list of risk management tasks is sorted out and formed,and the risk management effect is monitored by setting risk monitoring indicators,so as to improve the risk management plan in time,and form a closed-loop risk management.Finally,it discusses how to implement the risk management plan smoothly from the implementation steps and safeguard measures of the risk management plan,and prospects the expected effect of the implementation of the risk management plan.By designing the risk management scheme for the project,this thesis aims to explore and form a set of working standards for the design of the risk management scheme of the international power engineering project,which can be used as a reference for the company to provide risk management consulting services for similar projects,so as to continuously improve the risk management level of the company’s international engineering projects and win a larger market.
