| With the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy, the demand for people’s livelihood medical buildings is increasing day by day. However, the land resources that can be used for medical construction in large cities that are developing rapidly are relatively scarce. The contradiction between the two has led to many social problems such as overcrowded hospitals, crowded nearby roads and dirty external environment. Therefore, efficient development and rational use of valuable land resources to meet the needs of people’s livelihood medical buildings in the "Healthy China" strategy are urgent problems to be solved. In order to solve the contradiction between the large demand for hospitals and the scarcity of available land for urban planning, based on the HOD model of the integrated design with hospitals as the core driving force of regional development, this thesis takes large hospitals in Beijing as the research object;it combines the planning and construction of the hospital with the surrounding urban space for research to relieve the existing burden of the hospital.Improve the surrounding environment of the hospital, and enhance the experience of the hospital users.By sorting out and summarizing the theory of HOD model, the feasibility and rationality of the concept of hospital-oriented design and the combination of hospital planning and construction with surrounding urban space are clarified. The research systematically discusses the classification of medical buildings, clearly takes large hospitals as the object, and conducts field investigations on the characteristics, causes and current situation of urban public space around large hospitals.By exploring the scope of influence of large hospitals on urban development and construction, and the complexity of urban public space around large hospitals within 1km of the affected area, the analysis of the current situation of the space is carried out.According to the different reasons,it is divided into three main problems: space crowding, space contradiction, and the incongruity between the surrounding urban space and its internal quality. Finally, the overall development and trend are described and discussed. After clarifying the status quo problems, further quantitative analysis is carried out on the causes of these status quo problems.Try to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors around the hospital, that is,land diversity, land development intensity, bus station coverage, road accessibility, and the distribution of public facilities and the use of hospital users. The analysis method adopts multiple linear regression, and the data is collected from the map data of Auto Navi Map and Baidu Map,Beijing urban planning documents, questionnaires and field research. The results show that the regression coefficient value of land use diversity is 1.019,which means that land use diversity will have a significant positive impact on the evaluation results;the regression coefficient value of land use intensity is 0.838,which means that land use intensity will have a greater impact on the evaluation results.A significant positive relationship;the regression coefficient value of the distribution of public facilities is-0.554,which means that the distribution of public facilities will have an insignificant negative impact relationship on the evaluation results;and site coverage and road accessibility do not effect on the evaluation results.Based on the results of this analysis, the thesis proposes four design principles:hospital-oriented design, spatial integrity, design adaptability, and sustainability. It also proposes specific design strategies from four levels: diversity of surrounding space, development intensity of surrounding space, planning and design of surrounding facilities, and site perception. It is hoped that this will improve the experience of patients seeking medical treatment and the commuting experience of medical staff, and realize the comfort, ease of recognition, accessibility and inclusiveness of the urban space environment around large hospitals. |
