Research On The Renovation Design Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Jiangxi Based On The Perspective Of Construction

The current traditional dwellings can no longer meet the needs of modern life.Renovating them is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of rural living and improve production and living conditions in the new era.From the perspective of construction theory,this paper takes the traditional dwellings in Fengzhanggao area of Jiangxi Province as the research object,analyzes and studies its construction characteristics and related renovation design methods,and puts forward corresponding renovation design strategies in a targeted manner.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the research background,purpose,significance,research framework and methods.The second chapter systematically expounds the theory of construction and the thought of construction in traditional folk houses,and puts forward the thinking about the correlation between the theory of construction and traditional houses.The third chapter starts from the perspective of construction,and summarizes the transformation methods of construction elements such as materials,structures,spaces,and structures by analyzing the excellent cases of traditional residential transformation.The fourth chapter expands the research on the traditional dwellings in the Fengzhanggao area.Firstly,it studies its environment and basic features,and then focuses on its characteristics in five aspects: construction mode,material performance,structural form,detailed structure,and cultural spirit.,summarizing the unique construction logic and construction culture of traditional dwellings in the Fengzhanggao area.The fifth chapter proposes that in the renovation design of traditional dwellings in the Fengzhanggao area,we should follow the principles of authenticity,technology,creativity and cultural continuity from the construction logic of the material entity and the construction culture of the spiritual ontology.And put forward the transformation design strategy of continuing the traditional style,intervening in contemporary technology,optimizing the configuration of functional space,and creating traditional spirit and artistic conception,providing new ideas for the transformation and renewal of traditional residential buildings.
