| Nowadays,along with the rapid economic takeoff,people’s living standard continues to improve,while at the same time a series of environmental problems have come and gone.People have higher hopes and requirements for the quality of their environment,and the quality of indoor air is closely related to the quality of life of people living in that environment,which will directly affect people’s health.Therefore,how to improve the indoor environmental conditions is an important research topic at present.In this paper,based on the new air purification materials made in the laboratory,the intelligent control system of air purifier is researched,and the main work is as follows:Firstly,the hardware part: the microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560 is used as the main controller,and a series of peripheral circuits such as power supply,motor control,laser dust sensor,temperature and humidity sensor,air quality sensor,color sensor,LCD display,etc.are used as auxiliary to complete the data acquisition and data display at the product end through the analysis of the functional requirements of the control system.Secondly,the common adsorption and purification materials on the market were compared and analyzed,and two of them were selected as representative and the new homemade purification materials were experimentally compared,and their purification efficiency and purification capacity were tested respectively,and the inhibition ability of the new purification materials on common germs was tested.Finally,in view of the current situation that the common air purifiers in the market do not measure the loss degree of consumables accurately,a method based on the color sensor to monitor the loss degree of consumables directly is proposed,which can intuitively display the loss degree of consumables in real time.The intelligent control system of air purifier based on new purification materials studied in this paper can measure the environmental quality through multiple sensors,directly monitor the degree of consumables loss,make reasonable use of indoor monitoring data,realize effective indoor ventilation through its own blower,and remind users to replace consumables when they are almost saturated,so that indoor environment improvement is more intelligent,energy-saving and reasonable. |
