Design Of Emergency Baby-Sitting Facilities In Public Places

In recent years,the level of construction of urban public facilities has become a hot issue.Among them,the parent’s room is both a display of the city’s humanistic care and an important safeguard for people with babies on the go.The news about breastfeeding in public spaces is also frequently in the press,so it is imperative to improve the space for mothers and babies in public places.Some of the larger public spaces are now equipped with fixed nursery rooms that take into account the multi-faceted needs of breastfeeding mothers,but they still have a series of problems such as low utilization rate,large floor space and poor flexibility.In some specific public spaces equipped with high-quality,easy to install temporary parent’s space can enhance the use of baby carriers feel,become an effective complement to the fixed nursery.Purpose: To design temporary parnet’s rooms for public places where space is tight to ensure the security,privacy and identification of the nursery.Methodology: Based on literature research,combined with preliminary case studies,questionnaires and field research,the pain points and shortcomings of parent’s rooms are found from the process of users’ searching for them,using them and ending them by studying the behavior analysis of breastfeeding mothers in parent’s rooms,and summarizing the problems brought by parent’s rooms to breastfeeding mothers in the process of searching and using them.Result: Based on the behavior,steps and habits of breastfeeding mothers in the parent’s room,we will study the emergency parent’s facilitie that is more suitable for breastfeeding mothers and design a more humane emergency parent’s facilities in public places.
