| In recent years,due to the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing improvement of consumer dietary habits,the consumption of fresh and frozen foods,especially meat products,has significantly increased,causing more and more attention to cold chain logistics.However,as the core part of cold chain logistics: cold chain warehousing,there are still many problems such as high error rates in operations and disorderly storage of goods,making it difficult to meet the high standards of cold chain logistics needs.How to effectively manage cold chain warehousing using scientific methods is of great significance for promoting the development of cold chain logistics.This article takes M Company as the research object and conducts research on its meat product cold chain warehouse.Through on-site visits and data analysis,it was found that M Company’s cold chain storage management of meat products mainly faces problems such as a lack of scientificity and a high rate of operational errors in the operational process;In terms of warehousing layout,there are mainly problems such as unreasonable layout of warehousing facilities and unclear boundaries of functional areas;In terms of storage allocation,there are mainly problems such as not categorizing according to product characteristics,and unscientific division of goods storage areas;In terms of management information systems,there are mainly problems such as low tracking level of logistics and deviation in internal communication.Then optimize the design using relevant methods.In terms of workflow,digital technology and handheld terminals are used to achieve standardized management of the four stages of storage,disk transfer,inventory,and storage;In terms of warehouse layout,the SLP method is used to analyze various work areas of the warehouse,and the distribution of work areas is adjusted accordingly to enhance the connection between relevant work areas;In terms of storage allocation,the EIQ-ABC analysis method is used to classify and partition the stored materials.Secondly,different methods are used to accurately optimize storage locations based on the characteristics of Class A,B,and C goods;In terms of management system,by introducing a barcode system and optimizing the internal modules of the management system,we can better promote the construction of warehouse informatization.Afterwards,the optimization plan will be fed back to the meat product cold chain storage management department of M Company,and feedback suggestions will be collected.Based on the suggestions,an indicator system based on mathematical model ideas will be constructed,and the effectiveness of the plan will be evaluated through quantitative analysis.Finally,corresponding guarantee measures are provided for the effective implementation of this plan.The research results can provide reference for optimizing the cold chain storage management of meat products in M Company,and have certain reference significance for the development of similar cold chain storage enterprises. |
