| In recent years,with the rise of e-commerce and new retail industry,the cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,cold chain logistics facilities and refrigeration technology are becoming more intelligent and informative.However,cold chain warehouses occupying an important functional position in cold chain logistics are stored in problems such as process redundancy and disordered cargo storage,which are difficult to match the high requirements of cold chain logistics.How to effectively manage cold chain warehousing has practical significance for promoting the development of cold chain warehousing and cold chain logistics enterprises.This paper takes T-company cold chain storage as a research object,and obtains the monthly flow data of frozen meat and other goods through investigation,and allocates three management control factors for warehouse layout,operation process and storage location,respectively,systematic layout planning theory,business process reengineering theory,EIQ-ABC analysis method for analysis,and then propose an optimization plan.Then the optimization scheme is compared with the current situation.The results show that the warehouse layout optimization scheme designed by SLP theory can shorten the moving distance of goods and reduce the workload of personnel.The operation process optimization scheme designed by BPR theory can improve the efficiency of warehouse operations and improve the speed of information processing;the storage allocation optimization scheme designed by EIQ-ABC analysis can significantly improve the cargo zoning,improve the operation efficiency,and reduce the average carrying distance of the goods.Finally,aiming at the cold chain storage problem of T company,the optimization suggestions are proposed,which can provide reference for the development of cold chain enterprises and have certain reference significance for the development of cold chain logistics industry. |
