Research On Standardization Of Assembled Concrete Houses

Based on the theory of sustainable development of energy saving,environmental protection and green in China,along with the idea of industrialization of China’s construction,the call for assembled buildings is getting higher and higher,but there are certain obstacles to the promotion of assembled buildings at present,the most fundamental reason of which is the high construction cost.In order to reduce the cost of assembled buildings,standardization is necessary.Standardization is an important method and means to reduce costs,increase efficiency and improve quality,and also to accelerate the development of assembled buildings,which is a key node in the industrialization of construction.Therefore,this paper takes the assembled concrete residential building as the entry point to study its standardization,using the combination of literature research and comparative analysis,the systematic analysis method,the field research and interview summary method,and the questionnaire survey method to study the standardization of assembled concrete residential buildings,as follows:(1)Through the theoretical support of modulization,modularization and refinement,combined with the systematic analysis of SI housing system theory,the standardization of assembled concrete residential buildings is studied,from the design level,the operational level and the component production level as well as the description of assembled decoration parts.The prefabricated beams,prefabricated staircases and prefabricated balconies are analysed at the component production level to enable the initial standardisation of assembled buildings,in order to achieve mass production of components,thus reducing costs and providing a realistic choice of components for the standardisation model in Chapter 4.(2)Based on the demand analysis of households,we analyze the influence of household structure type,functional demand factor and regional demand factor on the assembled concrete residential building,and understand the demand and reality of households in the form of questionnaires,and through the analysis of questionnaire data,we summarize the proportion of different people and different demands,and combine the above standardized research to build the household model for different demands and different people.(3)Using the method of case study,we analyzed the standardized implementation of a resettlement house,verified the practicality and reasonableness of the above standardized components and house types,summarized the relevant conclusions and made an outlook on China’s assembled buildings.
