Research On The Application Of The Fusion Of The Assembly Housing Standardization And BIM Family Library

At present,with the rapid growth of population and the rapid development of urbanization in China,the reform of the construction industry has gradually been put on the agenda.The construction industry has already entered the industrialized production mode in the western developed countries,but our country is still mainly based on the traditional construction mode of waste of resources and inefficiency.In order to solve the drawbacks of the construction industry,our country began to vigorously develop the Prefabricated construction,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial restructuring.The development of Prefabricated construction conforms to the trend of the times,and its unique advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency are of great significance to promote the industrialization transformation of China's construction industry.As a representative product of construction industrialization,BIM technology is closely related to each other.The popularity of assembly building and the application of BIM technology are two hot spots in China,which are being vigorously promoted.Their strategic significance is very high,but they are not satisfactory in the process of development.The reason is that apart from the solidified way of thinking,there is a lack of accurate understanding of their key technologies.For assembly building,it mainly focuses on the improvement of standardization;for BIM technology,it is the core foundation(family library).The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the background and significance of the research object,summarize the problems existing in other people's research results,and extract innovation points through the research on the literature of prefabricated building and BIM Technology;to elaborate the characteristics and development process of prefabricated building,and to summarize the connotation,advantages,development relationship and development process of prefabricated building at home and abroad It extracts the core "standardization" of prefabricated buildings and the key points of housing as the development object of prefabricated buildings in the next stage in our country;it analyzes and studies the standardization of prefabricated houses in combination with the relevant specifications at the present stage,obtains the idea of obtaining standard components through splitting,and then makes data statistics with cases,and obtains the optimization scheme;it also analyzes the standardization of components and BIM family library This paper analyzes the integration,summarizes the related factors of BIM Technology,obtains the important significance of family library in BIM Technology,and then verifies the related functions of family library with practical cases to prove the feasibility of integration;at the same time,on the basis of the application research on the integration development of assembly housing standardization and BIM family library,analyzes its development,summarizes the restrictive factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures Policy recommendations.In this paper,the assembly housing standardization and BIM family library are organically integrated,which can not only reflect the advantages of Bim in the whole life cycle,but also further promote the industrialization and industrialization of China's construction industry.
