Study On Protection And Utilization Of Experiential Homestay Planning In Historical And Cultural Blocks Under The Theory Of Place Memory

Changchun FAW Historical and Cultural Block is one of the largest industrial zones and supporting residential areas during the founding of New China.In 2015,Changchun No.1 Automobile Factory Historical and Cultural Block was selected as the first batch of National Historical and Cultural blocks announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.As one of the "156 key projects" in the country’s first five-year plan,combined with the special status of Changchun as an old industrial city,it opened the prelude to the history of China’s automobile industry.At the same time,its planning technique has become the origin of modern urban residential collection in China.In this paper,through the study of historical and cultural blocks experiential home stay facility transform,the original structure of old buildings protection and restoration,on the basis of continuation of the original architecture function increase the variety of new features,changchun faw historical and cultural blocks in local folk experience,continuation of urban historical context,and enhance the vitality of urban cultural exchange and resurrection blocks against the coordinated development,At the same time,it has special guiding significance and demonstration value for the geographical style,context spirit and regional culture communication in Northeast China.Based on the theory of place memory,this paper takes Changchun FAW Historical and cultural Block as the practical research object for planning and utilization,and creates an experiential B&B that evokes place memory.Firstly,through a large number of literature analysis,the development trend of B&Bs at home and abroad and the reuse of historic districts are reviewed.Secondly,it analyzes,defines and studies the concept of place memory theory and the market value analysis and actual demand of experiential homestays in historical and cultural districts.Then,the feasibility study of experiential B&B is carried out by analyzing the historical value and cultural characteristics of Changchun FAW historical and cultural blocks through field investigation,value evaluation,problem analysis and other methods.Finally,under the guidance of the theory of place memory,the paper reconstructs the place memory of Changchun FAW Historical and cultural block,tries to put forward the planning strategy of experiential B&B in historical block,and provides new ideas for the block’s activation development,cultural heritage,and the improvement of residents’ livability and sustainable development.It has important social significance to promote the social force and the future development of FAW historical and cultural block.
