| As a city with an early start in rail transit construction,Changchun opened its first light rail line in 2002.After more than 10 years of development,Changchun has initially formed a "cross + ring" urban rail transit network structure.In the future,the total mileage of rail transit in Changchun will reach 463.8 kilometers,becoming the "main force" of public transportation in Changchun.The underground commercial space of rail transit station has become the first choice of consumers for its unique convenience,safety and abundant commercial space,and also an important link in the process of urban rail transit development.By summarizing and concluding the surrounding environment,design mode and transfer type of the above-ground and underground public of Changchun rail transit combined with the behavior characteristics of people flow,the author makes an overall analysis of the factors affecting the commercial layout,and puts forward the corresponding layout optimization strategy based on the relevant domestic excellent cases,so as to revitalize the commercial space of Changchun rail transit.With the acceleration of the pace of rail transit construction in Changchun,the use of urban land is also developing towards an intensive,efficient and three-dimensional direction,and the city’s deep and downward development has become an important direction of urban development.Among urban rail transit stations,the transfer station has become a more dynamic rail transit station with its characteristics of large passenger flow and fast rhythm.The development of rail transit transfer station commercial area can maximize the use of its own advantages to drive the vitality of surrounding commercial area and promote the collaborative development of station commercial area and rail transit.By collecting and summarizing some basic theories and excellent cases at home and abroad in the process of its development,this paper takes Changchun rail transit transfer station as an example,and selects four existing underground transfer stations and four representative unbuilt underground transfer stations in Changchun for investigation and analysis.This paper summarizes some problems in the space construction process of Changchun rail transit transfer station,such as insufficient preliminary planning and design,insufficient spatial integrity and commercial development to be improved.In view of the problems of each station,the implementation direction of the commercial space layout and the preliminary scheme design of the space layout are put forward from the aspects of commercial scale,commercial positioning,business layout and function configuration,business mode and so on.Finally,the utility theory is used to evaluate the space culture,space quality,space safety and space atmosphere in the station from the two perspectives of business configuration and environmental optimization,so as to provide a practical reference scheme for the subsequent development and layout of underground commercial space of rail transit in Changchun. |
