| Urban resilience is one of the important features of the sustainable development of urban system.With the acceleration of urbanization,the relationship between cities and cities is getting closer and closer.various natural or man-made disasters cause new obstacles to urban development and bring great hidden dangers to the production and life of urban residents.As a national demonstration area to undertake industrial transfer,the improvement of urban toughness of Wanjiang urban belt is of great significance to improve the strength,toughness and sustainability of high-quality development in Anhui.Taking the four urban elements of economy,ecology,society and infrastructure as the main starting point,and referring to the existing research,this study constructs the evaluation index system of urban toughness in Wanjiang urban belt,calculates the time series change of urban toughness in Wanjiang urban belt from 2011 to 2020 by using entropy weight-Topsis model,and then comprehensively uses the spatial analysis method to visualize the spatial pattern evolution characteristics of urban toughness,and uses the geographic detector model.In-depth detection of its influencing factors,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time evolution,the urban toughness of Wanjiang urban belt increased significantly from 2011 to 2020,and the comprehensive level of urban toughness of Hefei was the highest and increased obviously.From the perspective of toughness system,the development of ecological toughness and infrastructure toughness in Wanjiang urban belt lags behind,and there are obvious differences in urban toughness among different cities,showing a state of multipolar differentiation,but with the progress of urban development.The overall difference in urban resilience is shrinking.(2)From the perspective of spatial evolution,the urban toughness of Wanjiang urban belt shows an obvious imbalance,which is mainly the spatial distribution pattern of "high in the east,low in the west,high in the north and low in the south",and the global Moran index is all positive.it shows that the urban toughness of Wanjiang urban belt has obvious agglomeration characteristics in space,and its cold and hot spots are distributed in a circle structure,the center is hot,the edge is cold,and the phenomenon of "hot spot constant heat" is obvious.The intensity of ductile association between cities increases year by year,and the spatial association network shows a significant core-edge distribution,showing an obvious three-core driving mode.(3)According to the detection results of geographical detectors,the spatial differentiation pattern of urban toughness in Wanjiang urban belt is formed by many factors,in this process,the influence of economic development factors,market factors and government organization factors on the spatial differentiation of urban toughness in Wanjiang urban belt gradually increased,while the effects of social security factors and ecological environment factors gradually decreased.The influence of infrastructure factors is not obvious.On the whole,the influencing factors of urban resilience in Wanjiang urban belt have gradually changed from "social-ecological" to "economic-government".(4)The path to improve the urban toughness of Wanjiang urban belt.In the process of improving urban toughness in the future,we should pay attention to the common development of various subsystems,optimize the layout of industrial structure,build a new framework of economic development toughness,improve the social service system,and attach importance to the new vitality of social development toughness;enhance the new situation of government implementation and management and enhance infrastructure toughness;establish the concept of sustainable development and shape a new landscape of ecological environment toughness.The results of this study are expected to provide a reference basis for the current toughness construction and sustainable development of Wanjiang urban belt,and is of great significance to strengthen the construction of urban toughness system and help the city move towards high-quality development in the future. |
