With the continuous development of modern science and technology and people’s pursuit of a better quality of life,cars are not only a means of transportation,but more become a part of people’s living space.In recent years,major traditional car companies and emerging Internet car companies have made frequent efforts in the field of intelligent vehicles.Car central control system is the key medium for communication between people and cars,and the interactive experience design of car central control will be a new growth point of the industry.However,at present,the interactive design of car central control of different brands is uneven and still remains in the state of people actively adapting to the car.At the same time,the full-screen central control also has a certain degree of disadvantages,which makes the driving experience of users bad and increases the potential safety risks.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the existing on-board central control products and users,aiming at exploring the design strategy of the interactive interface of automotive central control,trying to provide reference for the subsequent intelligent automotive central control,so as to improve the satisfaction of users when using automotive central control.This paper mainly studies the design of automotive intelligent central control,including the following research contents: First,the theoretical part of automotive central control system,studying the relationship between various elements of automotive central control system;The existing interactive mode of automotive central control system is studied to explore the cognitive differences of each design element.Then,according to the cognition of automotive intelligent central control system and the difference analysis of design elements,the core functional architecture of the central control system interface is constructed.Based on the principle of combining theory with practice,this paper adopts(literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,user research)as the research method.The research on user experience is carried out with the user as the center.From the perspective of users,the core functions required by users in different task scenarios and different driving tasks are obtained by combining the hierarchy of requirements and kano model analysis,and the factors affecting user experience in vehicle central control are analyzed and summarized.Finally,it summarizes the popular cases of automotive central control system.It compares and analyzes the cases from the perspectives of screen size,functional intention,interactive process and visual design,and summarizes the general design logic of the core functions of the current automotive central control system.Based on the full exploration of automobile central control interaction and user experience,the design method of central control interaction interface and the overall optimization strategy of central control interface were proposed.Based on the research results,theoretical research results and analysis,the design scheme of automobile intelligent central control interaction system was presented,and the user experience was evaluated.It is proved that the design work carried out under the guidance of this strategy has a positive effect on improving user experience.
