| With the awareness of children’s rights,the relevant initiatives of "child friendly" are constantly launched,and promoting the healthy development of children’s mind and body becomes an important task of ensuring people’s livelihood and social development.At present,relevant theoretical and practical studies cover the interaction between urban environment and children,children’s participation,children’s travel and other aspects.Among them,how to improve the quality of urban built environment,improve children’s walking to school rate,and promote children to carry out physical activities,has become a hot research topic.In recent years,although there have been a lot of research results on the interactive relationship between children’s access to school and urban built environment,the current research focus is relatively single,and a complete and comprehensive research system has not been formed.Especially for the special space of children’s walkable school space,there is a lack of systematic research from a child-friendly perspective with children’s needs as the core,and there is a lack of available standardized evaluation tools.Based on the characteristics of children’s development,this thesis studies the coupling relationship between children’s walking access needs and the elements of learning space,innovatively proposes to analyze the specific evaluation indicators of walking access space from four aspects: spatial security,spatial comfort,spatial convenience and spatial versatility,and establishes the comprehensive weight of indicators by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally,a child-friendly spatial evaluation system for elementary school students’ walking access to learning is constructed,including 4 criterion layers and 22 indicator layers.In the empirical study,this thesis selected three primary school districts in Hefei City for field research and analysis,and sorted out the following problems:(1)Based on space security,it proposed that the road right planning is unclear,the walking space is crowded,the traffic stability level is low,the walking safety of children is threatened,the social surveillance is not targeted,and the safety of place is insufficient.(2)Based on space comfort,it is proposed that the environment perceived comfort is low,the street space color is single,the street supporting facilities need to be improved,and the children’s walking experience is poor.(3)Based on spatial convenience,it is proposed that there islack of urban slow road network planning,reduced convenience of walking to school,low accessibility of related service facilities,and insufficient convenience of game shopping.(4)Based on spatial multi-functionality,it is proposed that the naturalization rate of space is insufficient,the chance of children’s naturalism is reduced,the spatial functional elements are single,and children lack social learning places.Finally,according to the nine current problems,the comprehensive optimization strategy of "Building child-friendly school trails by relying on the construction of urban school trails network" is proposed.The specific contents include: building safe and secure school trails by taking space safety as the orientation;Space comfort as the guidance,shaping leisure suitable learning path;Oriented by space convenience,we build a convenient and efficient learning path.To space multifunctional as the guidance,create fun education wisdom learning path. |
