Evaluation Of Urban Waterfront Space Vitality In The Plain Section Of Yongding River In Beijing Based On Data Support

The formation of urban waterfront space is often the interplay of natural resources and artificial means,thus reflecting the specific image and cultural characteristics of a city,while the development of waterfront space is closely linked to the quality of life of the surrounding residents and the economic benefits of the city.As the most important ecological green corridor in the southwestern part of Beijing,the Yongding River waterfront has nourished urban residents for thousands of years,and has taken on the role of regulating water ecological functions,environmental functions,and improving social service functions in daily life.Since the urban waterfront space in the plain section of Yongding River in Beijing is located at the junction of urban and suburban areas,its overall spatial vitality development level is weaker than that of the urban center.Therefore,this paper will evaluate and analyze the current situation and characteristics of the urban waterfront space in the plain section of Yongding River with the support of various data and technical tools,and propose five strategies to further stimulate the vitality of the waterfront service space and waterfront public activity space.This paper firstly compares domestic and foreign research theories on the vitality of urban waterfront space and clarifies the research direction of this paper,based on which the composition and current situation of the Yongding River waterfront space are collected and investigated.The waterfront space of Yongding River is divided into Yongding River waterfront service space(94 waterfront neighborhood space units)and Yongding waterfront public activity space(10 waterfront parks),based on the two different types of waterfront space and the collation of literature to determine the relevant influence factors,establish a database for the evaluation of the vitality of Yongding River waterfront space,the lower spatial function of service space,traffic accessibility,development intensity,public activity space The spatial system,landscape quality and crowd perception in the service space are visualized and analyzed,and then Baidu heat map and field research are used to obtain the performance characteristics of crowd vitality values in two different spaces and explore the distribution in time and space.Finally,the statistical analysis software,SPSS and Geographic Explorer,was used to analyze the correlation between the quantified influence factors and vitality intensity of the Yongding River waterfront service space and the Yongding River waterfront public activity space,and the intrinsic characteristics affecting the vitality of the Yongding River waterfront space were derived.Based on the results of the analysis,a personalized and comprehensive transformation strategy is proposed to effectively improve the vitality of the Yongding River waterfront space,which will provide a new direction for the future development of the waterfront space.
