Study On Performance Evaluation And Optimization Of Recreation Service Of Urban Parks

Urban park green space is the main place to provide recreational services for urban residents.The accessibility and service quality of parks are closely related to public life.The performance level of park green space recreation service is directly related to the spiritual and cultural life level of residents.The research on the accurate evaluation and optimization method of park green space recreation service performance is helpful to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand and improve the planning and construction level of urban park green space,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this study,GIS spatial analysis,statistical model,field survey,intelligent algorithm and other methods were used to comprehensively consider the relationship between park recreation service supply and residents’ recreation demand by using multi-source data.A multidimensional evaluation system of park green space recreation service performance was constructed from the perspective of supply and demand balance,and quantitative supply,spatial supply and quality supply were proposed as the dimensions of supply-side evaluation.Taking spatial and psychological needs as demand-side evaluation dimensions,this paper evaluates the performance of park green space recreation service in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing,and explores scientific strategies and methods for optimizing park recreation service performance based on the evaluation results.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)A multi-perspective,multi-dimensional and multi-index comprehensive evaluation model should be constructed in the study of park recreation service performance.In this paper,it is clear that people’s needs should be emphasized in the performance evaluation of park recreation service.It is difficult to judge the real performance level of park green space recreation service only from the perspective of supply,so we should focus on the two-way perspective of supply and demand.In addition,the park green space recreation service performance is affected by various factors,so it should be evaluated by multi-dimension and multi-index.At the same time,this paper believes that only when the supply and demand of park green space recreation service are at a high level of balance,the performance of park recreation service can reach the highest.(2)The results of the empirical study on the recreation service performance of the park green space in Jiulongpo District show that:1.There are obvious differences in the supply capacity of the park recreation service.The number of green parks varies greatly among different subdistricts,with the most reaching 15 and the least only 2.The average per capita green space level of the park was low,only 2.96 square meters,and the per capita index in the study area was significantly different,with the highest reaching 12.54 square meters and the lowest only 0.12 square meters.The overall accessibility of park green space in the study area was not good,and the blind area of park service accounted for 47.3%,which resulted in a large difference in the level of space supply and the use opportunities of park green space in different plots.Generally,low-quality parks account for a higher proportion than high-quality parks,and there is a trend: areas enjoying high-quality parks tend to enjoy other high-quality parks at the same time,while areas enjoying low-quality parks are on the contrary.2.The demand intensity of recreation service is relatively high.Plots with above-average demand levels accounted for52.12% of the total.The intensity of space demand is higher in the north and lower in the south.The difference of development status makes the space demand of the two regions show obvious differentiation.The distribution of psychological demand intensity is balanced,and the high value of psychological demand is distributed in all subdistricts.3.The mismatch between supply and demand of recreational services is significant.Only 24.79% of the land plots reached a high level of balance between supply and demand,and 29.06% and 26.50% of the land plots were in short supply and oversupply,respectively.The supply and demand levels in some regions were lagging behind.(3)Based on the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the performance optimization method and strategy of park green space recreation service.(1)According to the evaluation results,optimization strategies for each type of supply and demand are proposed.Areas with balanced supply and demand should further meet the diverse needs of different populations;The total amount of park green space should be increased as soon as possible to improve accessibility in areas with insufficient supply.Areas with excessive supply should guide the development of demand and enhance the attraction of parks;Areas with lagging supply and demand should be included in mid-and long-term development plans to improve the park’s comprehensive service level.2.According to the problem of insufficient total park green space and many service blind areas,it is proposed that priority should be given to adding park green space in service blind areas,and the optimal number and location of new park green space are explored through K-means clustering algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,and finally 12 new park green space is determined.3.In view of the quality problems of park green space in the study area,specific optimization strategies were proposed to optimize the quality of park green space and enhance the attractiveness of park green space,and some suggestions were put forward for the implementation of park green space construction.
