Study On Recreation Service Performance Evaluation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Park Green Space In Xi’an

With the transformation of basic social contradictions in our country,people’s demand for high-quality park green space is becoming more and more urgent,and higher requirements are put forward in the quantity and quality of park green space.Therefore,constructing a reasonable evaluation index system and strengthening the research on the performance evaluation of park green space recreation services are particularly important for the improvement of the quality of park green space and the improvement of social benefits.This paper takes Xi’an park green space as the research object,through a review of domestic and foreign literature and related theoretical studies,constructs a performance evaluation index system for park green space in Xi’an from two dimensions of service level and service quality,and uses GIS spatial analysis various methods,such as method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistical analysis method,analyze and evaluate the performance of recreational services of park green space in Xi’an,and on this basis,propose corresponding optimization and promotion strategies.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The performance evaluation index system of park green space recreation services in Xi’an is composed of two first-level indicators,six second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators of service level and service quality.Among them,the six secondary indicators are their own attributes,service capabilities,supporting facilities,landscape environment,recreational facilities and convenience.(2)The overall scores and sub-items of the performance evaluation of parks and green space in Xi’an are generally low.Among them,the performance scores of recreational services range from 0.1040 to 0.8456,and the average score is only 0.3297;the score value of service level between 0.0026 and 0.4753,the average score is only 0.0693;the service quality score is between 0.0946 and 0.3930,and the average score is 0.2604.Further use the natural break point method to divide the recreational service performance,service level and service quality of the park green space in Xi’an into five grades: low,lower,medium,higher,and high.Among them,recreational service performance and service level are mainly at the medium level and below,accounting for 77.42% and 91.40% of the total respectively;more than half of the service quality is at the medium level or above,accounting for about 56.99% of the total.It shows that the performance level of park green space recreation services in Xi’an is generally low,and there is still much room for improvement,especially in terms of service levels.(3)According to the results of the performance evaluation of recreational services,the coordinated relationship between the service level and service quality of Xi’an parks and green space is divided into four types: high-level coordination,lagging service level,lowlevel coordination and lagging service quality.Among them,the coordination of service level and service quality accounted for about 30.11% of the high-level coordination type,about24.73% of the service level lagging type,and about 31.18% of the low-level coordination type.Accounted for 13.98%.It shows that most of the park green space in Xi’an have not yet reached a high level of coordination.(4)Based on the analysis results of the performance evaluation of park green space in Xi’an,aiming at the three types of park green space with low levels of recreational service performance,lagging service levels,lagging service quality,and low-level coordination,put forward to focus on improving service lagging park green spaces,speed up the optimization strategy of optimizing service quality lagging park green space,and gradually build lowlevel and coordinated park green space,and further propose to formulate park green space development plans and improve urban park green space supervision mechanisms in terms of establishing and improving park green space development planning and management systems.Establishing a public demand expression mechanism,and enhancing the pertinence of the service supply of park green space and other optimization suggestions.
