| The arrival of the digital age has put forward a new direction for human construction behavior.With the vigorous development of digital technology,the emerging information technology represented by BIM is changing the current engineering construction mode,and promoting the engineering construction mode to the digital construction mode characterized by comprehensive digitization.However,due to organizational inertia and capacity rigidity,the speed of organizational change in the field of construction engineering is far from meeting the development needs of digital construction technology.The lack of organizational capacity of construction projects has become a core obstacle to the further development of digital construction technology.At the same time,the change of digital construction mode poses new challenges to the capacity structure and capacity system of construction project organization.Therefore,this paper combines the digital construction situation to identify the organizational capability structure dimension and its influencing factors of construction projects under the digital construction mode.On this basis,the dynamic Bayesian network model of construction project organization ability under digital construction mode is constructed by using dynamic Bayesian network theory,and the action mechanism of construction project organization ability is systematically discussed.Firstly,this paper combs the previous literature on digital construction and construction project organizational capacity,and defines the concept of digital construction and construction project organizational capacity under digital construction mode based on the existing theory.Based on the literature research method and content analysis method,the structural dimension of construction project organizational capability is identified from the dimension and connotation of existing construction project organizational capability.On this basis,combined with the digital construction situation,the dimensions of organizational capability structure of construction projects under the digital construction mode and their influencing factors are further revised and condensed,and finally the five dimensions of information technology capability,learning capability,innovation capability,leadership and collaboration capability and 25 influencing factors are determined.Secondly,the questionnaire on the influencing factors of construction project organization ability under the digital construction mode is designed,and the reliability and validity of the recovered questionnaire sample data are analyzed,and meet the standards.Then,based on the influencing factors of organizational capability of construction projects under the digital construction mode,combined with 272 questionnaire sample data,literature and expert knowledge,the Bayesian network model of construction project organization capability under the digital construction mode is constructed by machine learning,and the internal logic and interaction between organizational capability factors are explored.The K-fold cross-validation method is used to evaluate the network model.The verification results show that the model is effective and has a high prediction level,which can be used for subsequent dynamic Bayesian network model construction and inference simulation analysis.Finally,the dynamic Bayesian network of construction project organization ability under digital construction mode is constructed for dynamic simulation analysis.The DBN model is used to explore the change law of organizational ability with time,and the most general cause chain and key influencing factors of organizational ability of construction projects under the digital construction mode are obtained,and the mechanism of each influencing factor of organizational capacity of construction projects on organizational capacity is analyzed.The research shows that there are two influential cause chains in the network model of construction project organization ability under the digital construction mode,namely ’ digital infrastructure → information technology update and upgrade →information integration and analysis ability → knowledge acquisition and sharing ability → knowledge absorption and transformation ability → knowledge utilization ability → organizational learning willingness → organizational members’ innovation consciousness → organizational management mode and method innovation → organizational ability ’ and ’ communication ability → leader quality ability → organizational cultural identity → digital thinking → organizational structure innovation → organizational ability ’.The two influence chains involve five dimensions : organizational information technology ability,learning ability,innovation ability,leadership and synergy ability.Through predictive analysis,it is further shown that the organizational innovation ability and leadership of construction projects have a significant impact on organizational ability,and innovation ability is more critical.In addition,the dynamic simulation results of dynamic Bayesian network influence chain analysis,predictive analysis and diagnostic analysis show that organizational model and method innovation,organizational structure innovation,core values consistency,organizational strategy change and execution,overall coordination ability,cooperation spirit and other factors are the key influencing factors of construction project organizational ability,so as to provide reference for the improvement of project organizational ability. |
