Research On Quality Evaluation And Coordination Of New Urbanization Quality In Yunnan Province

With the development idea of "new urbanization",the development of urbanization in our country has entered a new stage with quality improvement and coordinated development.As an important frontier province in southwest China,Yunnan Province has long suffered from many problems,such as lagging urbanization,low quality and unbalanced development.However,the high-quality coordinated development of new urbanization quality in Yunnan Province is related to the overall development of southwest China and the frontier areas.This thesis takes Yunnan Province as the research object.Firstly,based on the development foundation and characteristics of Yunnan Province,this thesis constructs the quality evaluation index system of new urbanization quality from six dimensions,including the quality of people’s life,quality of ecological environment,quality of economic construction,quality of social services,the quality of open innovation and the quality of urban and rural areas.And the entropy value method is adopted to determine the index weight.Secondly,a variety of methods such as standard deviation and coupling coordination model are adopted to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of the quality and coordination level of new urbanization in Yunnan Province during 2010-2020 including the perspectives of spatio-temporal evolution and internal and external multi-dimensions.Finally,four aspects of optimization strategies and suggestions on the high-quality coordinated development of new urbanization of Yunnan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall quality of new urbanization in Yunnan Province showed an overall upward trend.On the spatial level,Kunming was the only city with high quality,while the regions with low quality level were concentrated in western Yunnan.And the polarization is obvious.(2)Except for the decline of the quality system of urban-rural integration,the other five systems all showed an upward trend.(3)The internal coordination of the quality of new urbanization among cities was on the rise but mainly disordered.In space,a core-linear coordinated development belt was formed with Kunming City as the core and extending to Dehong.(4)The spatial structure of new urbanization quality coordination in Yunnan Province tended to be reasonable,but it was still incomplete.
