Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Yunnan Characteristic Towns In The Context Of New Urbanization

Characteristic towns are new strategy proposed in the context of new urbanization to achieve the "distinctive" development of a certain region.Through Post Occupancy Evaluation of characteristic towns that have already been listed in Yunnan,it is found that there are shortcomings in the use of existing towns,and corresponding renovation and optimization can be carried out to provide construction experience for future town construction and avoid similar problems.This is very necessary.Through research and learning related knowledge about Yunnan characteristic towns and Post Occupancy Evaluation,understand the research status at home and abroad,and master the theory and methods of Post Occupancy Evaluation.According to the main types of characteristic towns in Yunnan,Post Occupancy Evaluation is carried out using the method in the "StructureHumanity" evaluation system;From the perspective of user requirement,using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Network Information Analysis,and other methods,construct an evaluation system for Yunnan characteristic towns for tourists and permanent residents,respectively;Select three characteristic towns in Dali City with different target requirements as empirical research objects,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process,to obtain quantitative evaluation results of tourists and resident populations,and supplement the differentiated evaluation content with scenic area creation standards to obtain comprehensive evaluation scores of the three characteristic towns;By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results vertically and horizontally,it is found that there are problems in the actual use of the three characteristic towns,the feasibility of the evaluation system is tested,and targeted strategies for optimizing and transforming characteristic towns are proposed.The evaluation system is debugged to provide direction for the optimization and transformation of other similar built characteristic towns in Yunnan,and to provide scientific reference for proposing the construction goals and requirements of new characteristic towns...
