The layout of rural roads is an important part of rural revitalization."To be rich, build roads first." In a sense, the development of rural roads directly determines the vitality of the rural economy. With the transformation of transportation planning concepts, transportation fairness has become the goal of sustainable development of rural roads. How to define the fairness and economy of rural roads, and how to balance the relationship between them have become practical problems that need to be solved in the process of rural road layout. In the context of a new round of policies for optimizing the layout of rural roads, this article focuses on analyzing the fairness and economy of rural roads, and constructs an optimization model for the layout of rural roads that considers fairness and efficiency.Establish a new project library for rural road network based on the combination model of location node importance, and combine the current situation of the road network to achieve the preliminary layout of the rural road network. From the perspective of“Residential traffic demand” and “goods traffic demand”,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed considering spatial fairness and economic benefits.Using heuristic algorithms, the layout requirements of rural roads in the new situation are achieved with the optimization goals of proximity accessibility gap, maximum Paloma index, and maximum economic benefits of rural road sections.Specific research content:(1)Based on the actual situation in rural areas and the background of rural highway policies, the principles and specific technical requirements for rural highways are proposed, with emphasis on elaborating the fairness and economy of rural highways, and a framework for optimizing the layout of rural highways that considers fairness and efficiency is proposed.(2)Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve the traditional node importance model, try to use the "three way principle" of transportation location theory to improve the layout of rural highway backbone distribution layers within the county, introduce cargo logistics to improve the traditional importance model, use the improved node importance model to optimize the layout of the next level of connecting lines, and compare the node importance calculation results with the transportation location lines,Adjust and determine the preliminary plan for the layout of rural roads.(3)From a holistic and individual perspective, construct a rural road traffic spatial fairness evaluation model, propose a rural road economic benefit model based on freight logistics,a rural road multi-objective optimization model based on fairness and efficiency, and design a hybrid network design heuristic algorithm to solve. Finally, taking Xiangyun County as an example, five implementation schemes are proposed, including individual fairness priority, overall fairness optimization, economic benefit priority, economic efficiency priority, and fairness and efficiency balance. This study can provide practical basis for the layout of rural roads. |
