The manufacturing process,materials and required manufacturing equipment of rolling bearings are different according to different use scenarios,purposes,working conditions and use times,and the standards and manufacturing requirements for manufacturing errors of rolling bearings are also slightly different.How to select the allowable size error of rolling bearing according to the requirements of different equipment for fatigue life is a problem worth studying.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,three mathematical models based on equivalent substitution are established according to the operation characteristics of rolling bearings,and the contact deformation and contact load of rollers at different positions are obtained through Newton-Raphson’s numerical iterative calculation method.Secondly,based on this method,the variation range of contact load and contact deformation of rollers at different positions with different errors of rolling bearings are calculated successively,and the relevant curves are drawn.The contact deformation and contact load variation range of rolling bearings with different errors are obtained by comparing with the calculation results in Chapter two.Finally,by consulting the data,summing up the previous experience and taking into account the contact between different rollers and inner and outer rings,established the life model of rolling bearing based on Harris theory and the improved fatigue life model of rolling bearing based on Harris theory,and the degree of reduction of the service life of rolling bearings under different errors compared with that under theoretical conditions.The results show that the fatigue life of rolling bearings presents an inverse proportion function curve with the increase of external load,except that the fatigue life of the rolling bearing is slightly greater than that of the theoretical rolling bearing when there is a small positive error in the inner ring,the fatigue life of the rolling bearing under other errors is slightly lower than that of the theoretical rolling bearing under the same load,but the decline trend of the fatigue life of the rolling bearing under the same load and different errors is different.The significance of this study is to explain in detail how much the service life of rolling bearings is reduced by comparing the different errors of rolling bearings with that of rolling bearings under theoretical conditions,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing of rolling bearings.
