With the characteristics of small size,low cost,and good mobility,UAVs have an extremely important role in modern warfare,and the design of anti-drone combat sections has become a hot issue in the field of weapon science.In this paper,we analyze the impact of charge parameters,combat structure parameters and prefabricated fragmentation structure parameters on fragmentation dispersion control by carrying out the scheme design of anti-drone shrapnel combat section.The target characteristics of typical UAV targets were analyzed and an equivalent model of UAV damage was established,the design of the grenade combat section was carried out,the basic structure of the grenade combat section was determined,and the parametric design of key components was completed.The LS-DYNA software was applied to establish the simulation model of fragmentation and dispersion of the combat section,and the rationality of the simulation model was verified through tests.Numerical simulation method was applied to carry out the simulation study on the effect of prefabricated fragmentation on the fragmentation of the combat part of the projectile,and the simulation model of the effect of charge type,length-diameter ratio,shell thickness and head inclination on the fragmentation was established and analyzed.The average prefabricated fragmentation velocity and fragmentation dispersion angle become larger with the increase of shell thickness,and the prefabricated fragmentation dispersion angle becomes larger with the increase of charge head inclination.The simulation model of the effect of the number of prefabricated debris layers and shape on debris dispersion was established,and the simulation results showed that the average speed of prefabricated debris decreased as the number of prefabricated debris layers increased,and the average speed of spherical prefabricated debris and the range of debris dispersion angle were the largest.The research work in this paper can provide reference for the design of anti-drone combatant and combatant power evaluation,and has good engineering application value.
