Testability verification is to evaluate the testability level of system equipment with the test method stipulated in testability design,judge whether it meets the design requirements,and then decide whether to receive system equipment.At present,testability physical test verification is the most widely used,but it is still limited by many factors,such as the obvious damage and even destruction of fault injection test;Problems caused by physical packaging Faults cannot be injected.The difference between the test environment and the actual environment.Carrying out virtual verification can effectively solve the above problems.Testability virtual verification refers to the establishment of digital model of system equipment by computer technology and modeling and simulation technology,the testability verification test of digital model,the statistics of test results and the evaluation of testability index of equipment.This method has the advantages of simple implementation of fault injection,complete fault injection,low verification cost,short verification time and so on.It can reduce R&D cost,shorten R&D cycle,reduce maintenance cost and guide R&D personnel to carry out testability design.However,the development of virtual verification is insufficient,the technical difficulty is great,and the actual engineering application is lacking.This article is based on the number of twin technology,built by MATLAB/Simulink platform,the test system for gear transmission of digital twin model,the fault simulation into twin model can simulate the operation of the different failure,after using the simulation signal and the actual data analysis,the classification of the fault signal detection to identify and analyze the results,The feasibility of using twin model for virtual testability verification is verified.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The technological process of testability virtual verification is analyzed,and on this basis,the technological process of testability virtual verification based on digital twin is proposed.The establishment method and process of testability oriented digital twin model are described,and some key technological links of testability verification based on digital twin are analyzed.It provides guidance for the subsequent research of key technologies and the testability verification of twin model of rotating machinery test bed.(2)According to equipment design data,such as product principle,FMECA,testability design data,the reliability data,analyze the system and hierarchical classification,and then the number of gear transmission system which is based on digital twin technology twin model,the model combined with the structure,function,behavior,fault,the test model.Combined with the QPZZ-Ⅱ rotating machinery fault simulation test bench,the construction process is introduced,which lays a foundation for the development of testability verification based on digital twin.(3)The generation technology of fault sample set was studied,and the fault simulation sample set of gearbox system was constructed according to FMECA analysis data,including the determination of sample size and the distribution of sample size at each level.Then the fault injection sequence was randomly generated to simulate fault injection for the system.The sample data generated by the model is analyzed to determine whether the fault is successfully injected.(4)The testability index evaluation method based on testability virtual test data is expounded,with emphasis on the feasibility analysis of simulation information and the testability index evaluation method;Then on the basis of the gear box model simulation test and test data collection,the results of the test model were evaluated.The feasibility of the method described in this paper are illustrated by the analysis of the evaluation results.
