The Design Of Community Service Center For The Aged Based On The Concept Of Psychological Healing

This subject takes the domestic community elderly care service center facilities as the main design subject,aiming at the community home care population,using the concept of psychological healing to design the product facilities.Today in the society,our country already entered an aging society.pension has now become a hot social topic,different pension modes are constantly changing.Home-based care for the elderly is strongly advocated and valued by the society and the government.The home-based care mode has become the preferred mode for the elderly in the community to provide services to the elderly in the community by integrating social medical and nursing resources without changing the living environment and social environment familiar to the elderly.Community service centers for the aged belong to the inclusive service institutions,and at the present stage,they still need the support of the local government in terms of facilities,personnel matching and other services.Therefore,the facilities used by most community service centers for the aged are purchased by the government or community,and the diversity of physical and mental states of the elderly in the community is not taken into account in the procurement of these facilities.This paper attempts to analyze the behavioral state,psychological state and physiological state of the elderly in the community when using the facility,and use the behavioral interaction between people and the facility to produce psychological healing effect,and explore a quantitative and qualitative design method of nursing service center facilities based on the concept of psychological healing.Based on the theory of psychological healing,this paper makes a survey and analysis on the elderly people and the facilities of the community service center for the aged.Based on the AEIOU framework,the data of the investigation were introduced into the daily needs of the community elderly users in the community old-age service center,then,it establishes the typical user and analyzes the behavior of the typical user by using the framework model of POEMS,the results clearly show the problems existing in the interaction between community service centers and facilities for the aged.Based on the previous research data,this paper puts forward the design conditions,design orientation and design strategy of the community old-age service center facilities,and carries out the scheme design from the theories of function,form,material,ergonomics,etc.,completed a more complete based on the concept of psychological healing of the elderly community service center facilities design.Through the design and research of the Community Center for the Aged,to intervene in the activities and social interaction of the elderly,to improve the behavioral experience and psychological state of the elderly users.It is beneficial to enrich the academic research on the mental health of the community home-based elderly people.The paper puts forward the design principles and methods of the aged community endowment service center facilities,and provides a new research idea for the present and future medical-care-integrated community endowment service center facilities,it provides a new research perspective on the preferences and behaviors of community elderly users.
