| In the construction of electric power projects,progress management is crucial.Among many electric power projects,substation construction occupies an important position.The substation is an important node for the generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and use of electric energy,and it is of great significance whether its construction can be completed on time and with high quality.How to complete the substation construction project within the specified quality,cost and time is the problem that electricians need to think about.In the actual project,the traditional critical path method,plan evaluation and review technique and earned value method can no longer meet the needs of the substation construction project,especially the intelligent substation project schedule management,because they do not consider the resource limitation,the overall project situation and the waste of safety time.In this thesis,we use the theory of schedule management and the critical chain method to study the schedule planning and schedule control of M substation construction project.The characteristics of schedule management of intelligent substation construction project are summarized,including the characteristics of high resource requirements,technical difficulties,uncertainties and relatively high schedule requirements.These characteristics directly lead to the problems that the schedule management of intelligent substation construction project has a long project planning period,many wasted time during project implementation,insufficient consideration of resource constraints and difficulty in schedule control.In this thesis,to solve the above problems,we take M substation construction project as an example of intelligent substation construction project,and complete the work decomposition structure of M substation construction project with actual engineering experience,decompose M substation construction project into 13 sub-processes,and determine the immediate preceding and immediate following relationship between the processes.Using the threepoint method to estimate the time for each process of the M substation construction project.Based on the data of each process immediate preceding and following relationship and process duration,the critical path of the M substation construction project was derived by combining the network planning diagram method,and then the preliminary project schedule was obtained,which uses PERT method to obtain.Considering the need to consider resource constraints in the M substation schedule,this thesis uses the critical chain method to further optimize the M substation construction project schedule,so that the schedule meets the requirements of schedule and resource balance.In this thesis,after clarifying the situation after resource conflicts,the key chain of M substation construction project is determined by using heuristic parallel algorithm,and the buffer is calculated by integrating multiple factors to develop the final schedule plan of M substation construction project under satisfying resource constraints.To compare the effects of the preliminary schedule plan(using PERT method)and the final plan(using critical chain method)of the M substation construction project,this thesis compares the schedule plan under the plan review and critical chain methods using the Monte Carlo simulation method to reveal the advantageous effects of the final plan of the M substation construction project schedule developed using the critical chain method.Finally,based on the schedule plan of M substation construction project,the process of schedule control,the setting of critical buffer monitoring and warning as well as the guarantee measures of schedule control management are proposed with the relevant theories of schedule control.This thesis takes M substation as an actual case of intelligent substation construction project and uses the critical chain method to get the schedule plan under the condition of meeting resource constraints.By comparing and analyzing with traditional PERT method,it can be concluded that after using the critical chain method to improve the progress management model of M substation construction project,the entire construction period is reduced compared to using PERT method when the completion probability is between 10% and 100%.Moreover,the simulation results obtained by using the critical chain method in standard deviation,variance,and coefficient of variation are more accurate.In summary,the progress management mode of substation construction projects using the critical chain method is superior to the traditional substation progress management mode.This research achievement provides useful reference for the development of schedule plans for similar intelligent substation construction projects. |
