In recent years,contactless power transmission(CPT)technology has received widespread attention in the fields of portable electronic devices,biomedicine,electric vehicles,and other fields.This technology effectively solves the problems of traditional cable power transmission plug and plug sparks and connector wear,and has broad application prospects.In this study,the primary inverter of the non-contact coupling coil adopts phase shift control,which controls the duty cycle of the inverter output voltage by changing the phase difference between the front and rear bridge arms of the inverter,thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the system output voltage.Chapter 2 designs a complete hardware circuit,including inverter circuit,resonant coupling circuit,rectifier filter circuit,power supply circuit,drive circuit,sampling control circuit,and RF communication circuit.The coupling coil was modeled in 3D using the COMSOL electromagnetic simulation platform,and the magnetic field intensity around the coupling coil during operation was observed.Based on the design parameters,an experimental prototype was built to test the power output capability and transmission efficiency of the prototype.Chapter 3 proposes a new voltage closed-loop phase shift angle switching control method,which is simple to control and can make the CPT system have faster response speed.A CPT system based on voltage closed-loop phase shift angle switching control is built using Matlab Simulink simulation software.The simulation and experimental results show that the control method can respond quickly,but there is low-frequency oscillation phenomenon in the output voltage.In response to this phenomenon,Chapter4 proposes an improved voltage and current double closed-loop phase shift switching control method,analyzes the mechanism of suppressing low-frequency oscillation by this method,and establishes a dynamic model and simulation model of the CPT system based on voltage and current double closed-loop phase shift switching control.The feasibility of the proposed voltage and current dual closed-loop phase shift angle switching control method has been demonstrated through simulation and experiments,as well as its advantages of simple control and fast response.There are 60 figures,6 tables and 87 references in this thesis.
