Study On The Influence Of Building Material Price Fluctuation On Construction Cost

With the deepening of China's economic system reform,the trend of globalization of the market economy continues to expand,the current market environment is changing rapidly,the price of various commodities floating frequency is very obvious.Especially in recent years,the world's economic situation is not optimistic,in this case,the building materials market has also been affected to varying degrees,a variety of building materials prices also have a significant upward trend.Construction material price fluctuations,causing a serious impact to the project cost in construction enterprise,how to avoid the impact due to fluctuations in the prices of building materials to the project cost brought by the construction enterprise at this stage requires in-depth analysis and thinking about the problem.This paper describes the construction materials and construction cost including the content,characteristics and their price index;secondly,analysis the way of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis on the impact of price,building materials and building materials engineering cost caused by price fluctuation on the project cost;finally,based on the practice,focusing on solving the engineering cost risk prevention and control problems,and analyze how well the project cost risk control based on price dynamic management,and put forward practical prevention and control measures.
