| Education is the foundation of a country,and the construction of smart campuses is a reform plan for education management proposed in response to the trend of the times and educational needs with the extensive popularization of the internet in recent years and the progress of modern science and technology.However,smart campus construction is still in the exploration stage,and the awareness of risk prevention during the construction process is weak,and a risk assessment and prevention system has not been established throughout the project implementation process.Therefore,how to effectively manage these risks and ensure the successful implementation of smart campus construction projects has become an issue that must be solved in the construction process of smart campuses.This thesis takes the smart campus project as the research object,and achieves the improvement of safety management level of smart campus construction through risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk prevention.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the entire life cycle of the smart campus construction project,clarifies the risks faced at each stage,and sorts out the theoretical basis of risk management research for smart campus construction projects,including project risk management,life cycle-related theories and methods,Delphi method,network analysis method(ANP),etc.Secondly,this thesis selects a high school project as a case study,analyzes the background,content,and scale of the project,and defines the scope of life cycle risk management at each stage.Based on the risk list of the entire life cycle of the high school project,this thesis uses the idea and method of project risk identification to analyze the main risk factors at each stage of the project.And based on expert scoring method,it eliminates risk factors that have little impact on project implementation to form a main risk factor list.For the different risk factors existing in each stage of the high school project’s entire life cycle,this thesis evaluates them using the network analysis method model and classifies them according to their comprehensive weight values.Based on the identification and evaluation model of risk factors,this thesis proposes risk coping strategies for each stage of design planning,implementation,and operation.Finally,this thesis verifies the effectiveness of risk management strategy proposed by this thesis through practical case analysis.The results show that effective risk management can increase the success probability of smart campus construction projects and reduce the risk of project failure.Therefore,it is very important for smart campus construction projects to conduct scientific,comprehensive,and systematic risk management.At the same time,this thesis discusses and reflects on the problems encountered in this research and guides future research directions accordingly. |
