China’s coal mines are rich in resources and have a long history of mining.As a traditional and highly labor-intensive industry,coal mine safety has always been a concern for all parties.In recent years,with the development of safety science and technology and the improvement of safety management theory,the overall incidence of coal mine accidents has decreased and the safety situation has gradually improved.However,safety accidents still occur from time to time,and in recent years,the number of coal mine safety accidents caused by design defects in coal mine building projects has been on the rise,and non-compliant designs in the design phase will have a negative impact on the subsequent construction and production phases.Therefore,an effective compliance inspection of the coal mine building design model is important to reduce the number of non-compliant designs and improve the safety of coal mine construction projects.Firstly,based on the realistic background of the current intelligent development of coal mine,this thesis takes accident causation theory,risk management theory and intrinsic safety management theory as the research basis,and uses literature analysis,investigation analysis and the method combining theory and practice to analyze the current coal mine building design model inspection problems.It is concluded that BIM currently shows considerable advantages in the field of safety management,but it is less used in the field of coal mining.The previous research on coal mine building design model compliance inspection is less,and the conclusion that coal mine building design model inspection is inefficient and ineffective.Secondly,in order to make the compliance inspection at the coal mine building design stage more rapid and effective,and to reduce the risks generated at the design stage,this study uses Word2 Vec word similarity calculation method to train word vectors on 225 accident analysis reports caused by non-compliance of coal mine building design from 2009-2021.Then,starting from the acquired risk factors of coal mine building design,the existing rules related to coal mine building construction are organized by establishing a standardized rule expression framework,and a standardized rule database that can be applied to the construction of the coal mine building design model compliance inspection system is established.Finally,the standardized rule database is accessed through the secondary development interface of the BIM platform to build the coal mine building design compliance inspection system.After writing the code for retrieving and matching the model data with the rule data,the compliance inspection of the coal mine building design model is realized.To test the effectiveness of the coal mine building design compliance inspection system,the system was tested.After testing,the accuracy of the system was found to be 89.60% and the recall rate was 96.84%.The inspection time for a single component was only 0.23 seconds,and the system greatly improved the efficiency of the inspection based on the quality of the coal mine building design model inspection.The construction of the building design model compliance inspection system for coal mine based on risk pre-control and BIM has changed the inspection method of universal inspection in the traditional manual model review.The inspection focuses on the riskier coal mine building design factors and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the coal mine building design model inspection.By modifying and controlling the non-compliant coal mine building design,it achieves the purpose of controlling the coal mine safety risks from the design stage,which makes the safety management of coal mine enterprises move forward and strengthens the source management and front-end treatment.There are 27 figures,12 tables and 120 references in this study.
