View the phenomenon of reactive power impact caused by starting large-capacity non-linear electrical load and electrical equipment hard starting caused by terminal voltage drop at the end of underground long-distance power lines in the underground mining environment, responding to national energy saving policy, this paper, dynamic reactive power compensation in 1140V mine power network for the research background, based on i_p-i_q current detection algorithm used to detect the reactive current in electric network, study the control system of 600KVar SVG (Static Var Generator) used for compensating reactive power in coal mine underground power system and enhancing the terminal voltage at the end of underground long-distance power lines. This paper follows the work of :Analyze the basic principle of SVG and its control methods, compare current direct control method and current indirect control method, use i_p-i_q current detection algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power theory to detect reactive current. Design the control process of SVG based on i_p-i_q current detection algorithm and hysteresis comparison and control. Build MATLAB/SIMULINK model of SVG based on i_p-i_q current detection algorithm.Design the hard-ware device of SVG and its operational scheme. Because of the need of the underground coal mining environment, this paper introduces explosion proof cabinet. Select heat pipe cooler based on switching loss. Design and debuge signal conditioning and conversion current, DSP current, SCI current, fiber interface current and CPLD.Design the control process of SVG control program. Code the program of converting AD, drawing and revising phase voltage fundamental wave, acquiring active and reactive power reference current, hysteresis comparison and PWM control, limiting protection and so on. According to the data-processing attribute of TMS320F2812, code the correcting algorithm of i_p-i_q current detection algorithm, make experiments to verify this correcting algorithm.A SVG experimental prototype is made in this paper. Build experimental platforms for compensating reactive power to provide experimental environment for verifying control system. Proved by experiments, the SVG control system studied in this paper can compensate reactive power of power system in real-time and run stability and reliability.
