Since the reform and opening up,China’s comprehensive national strength growing,many cities cut a striking figure internatonally and the development and utilization of underground space is an important symbol of city rapid promotion process.In the development of underground space,there are all kinds of underground pipelines among which the heating pipelineis more important.Heating pipelines has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,the burst is devastating on the road,pedestrians,traffic.Based on the cooperation projects of Beijing University of architecture and technology and Beijing Thermal Power Group,combined with the domestic and foreign scholars on evaluation technology of crossing project,risk control process and advanced construction methods,the main research contents are as follows:The main idea is to take the stress as the control index and to study the protection scope of the existing heat pipe network.In the study,the author concluded that the reason for the occurrence of safety accidents of heating pipeline is composed of two aspects,on the one hand the stress of new engineering transfers to heating pipe network;on the other hand the new construction cause the disturbance of soil and the disturbance cause the deformation of heating pipes,then result in the stress,above all to ensure that the heat pipe network security is equal to ensure the generation of additional stress less than the permitted stress.Based on the ideas above,we determine the scope of protection is 6 times of the new tunnel radius when the new project underground is in construction;when new engineering is deep foundation pit,the new excavation can be divided into plastic zone and elastic zone and no-effect zone.In accordance with the whole idea of pre detection,risk prediction before construction,construction process control,construction risk assessment,we study on the the heating pipe through the new project.the pre detection content and methods are determined before the test;we combine stratum structure model and load-structure model to calculate and analyse the security of the existing heating pipe network,and determine the control index of concrete engineering;furthermore,we determine active control,passive control and monitoring measurement in the part of risk control in construction process;the concept of the degree of deviation is introduced in the post evaluation of construction project.We points out the main ideas to combine the monitoring data and load-structure model to check the security of the heating pipe network.This paper analyzes the engineering example-the heating pipe networkof the China Art Museum station in the two phase of metro line eight,calculates and analyzes the specific process in the case analysis according to the second and third chapter of this paper.The whole complex structure of China Art Museum Station can be divided into two,one is PBA double hidden digging section which includes a tube groove heat pipes and heating chamber,the other is monolayer CRD excavation which includes structure for pipe ditch type heat pipe network.The risk prediction before construction includes not only the above two sections of calculation and analysis but also the superposition effect of the two effects together.
