In recent years,the phenomenon of repeated excavation of roads due to pipeline maintenance has been common,which has brought a lot of inconvenience to the development of the city.As an intensive management municipal pipeline project,the comprehensive pipe gallery can not only avoid this phenomenon,but also save land resources.It is a project supported by the state.The construction of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery is the general trend of urban development and the inevitable requirement of the continuous strengthening of urban functions.The construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery has the characteristics of underground space engineering and municipal engineering,so the risk sources of pipe gallery construction are more,the underground construction environment is more complex and the construction technology is more difficult,which is more likely to cause construction safety accidents.Therefore,in view of the above problems,based on the construction project of ZHC pipe gallery as the background,through the reading of literature and the actual construction data of the project,this paper identifies the risk of the construction stage of ZHC pipe gallery and analyzes the risk assessment.In this paper,firstly,the concept,construction technology and risk management theory of the comprehensive pipe gallery are studied.Based on the ZHC pipe gallery construction project as the background,the risk identification method of HHM(hierarchical holographic model)is selected by using the risk management theory,and the preliminary list of risk factors is determined by comprehensively and systematically analyzing the project from multiple perspectives.In order to study the risk indicators more accurately and make the results more scientific and reasonable,this paper uses the vague theory to screen the risk indicators,and finally obtains the list of risk factors for the construction of ZHC comprehensive pipe gallery,which has 8 first-class indicators and 32 second-class indicators,and establishes a risk evaluation system.Secondly,in order to avoid the subjectivity of experts,this paper adopts the combination of improved OWA algorithm and G1 order relation method to weight the risk index,and uses the cloud model to evaluate the risk comprehensively,and gets the cloud model of each risk level.After further analysis,it finally gets the conclusion that the construction project of ZHC pipe gallery is in the "low risk" level conclusion.Finally,according to the calculation results of cloud model,the main risk factors and secondary riskfactors of ZHC pipe gallery construction are obtained,and each major risk factor is analyzed and reasonable countermeasures are put forward.The outstanding significance of this study is to find out the most important risk factors in the construction process of the pipe gallery,and apply the cloud model to the construction evaluation of the pipe gallery to get the intuitive and scientific evaluation results.It is hoped to provide scientific decision-making basis for the risk assessment of pipe gallery construction and reduce the risk of pipe gallery construction,so as to promote the construction of Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in China.
