Corporate culture is the value,behavior and idea produced in the development process of a company,and is a component of the company’s core competitiveness.Corporate culture affects every link of corporate development and every aspect of employee behavior.Corporate culture is an important part of corporate strategy and corporate performance.Internal corporate culture can play the role of behavior guidance,cohesion and motivation of employees,and external corporate culture can promote the company to establish a good image in the society.Corporate culture is crucial for the development of enterprises.X Group Company is an asset operation platform established after the reform of employee stock ownership in state-owned enterprises.Its property rights are fully public and controlled by the main business.The company’s main business includes construction installation,engineering supervision,electric power design,energy,electricity sales,service industry and other categories.With the deepening of the reform of the electric power system and the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,X Group has carried out strategic integration of its subordinate enterprises.After the integration,the strategic direction of the enterprise is clear and the competitive advantage is prominent,but there are still disunity of people and ideology.How to improve the enterprise’s environmental adaptability,integrate the values of the group’s enterprises and subsidiaries,build a corporate culture with cohesion and centripetal force,and enhance the core competitiveness of the group have become urgent problems to be solved by X Group.This paper summarizes the important literature on corporate culture at home and abroad,and combined with the actual situation of X Group,makes an in-depth study of Daniel Denison’s organizational culture model,diagnoses X Group’s culture from four major aspects,namely adaptability,sense of mission,consistency and participation,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the spiritual layer,institutional layer,behavioral layer and material layer.On this basis,the optimization plan and overall plan of X Group Company’s corporate culture construction are formulated.In terms of spirit,it is proposed to carry out interpretation of corporate culture concept,establish corporate culture management organization,and carry out corporate culture construction as a whole.On the system level,the company management system is revised and improved,and the enterprise culture management system is established.On the behavioral level,formulate the code of conduct for employees,carry out corporate culture education covering all employees,establish personnel training mechanism,and establish an internal communication platform.In the aspect of material layer,the establishment of standardized brand vision system,brand image building and brand integration and communication.In order to ensure the effective promotion of X Group’s corporate culture construction,this paper further proposes the construction of measures system and guarantee system of corporate culture construction.This paper aims to provide operable schemes and guidance for X Group’s corporate culture construction after strategic integration.
