Culture,formed during people’s long-term practical activities,is a relatively fixed state of mind and behavior,which is spiritual support of a country and a nation.So,cultural prosperity means national prosperity,and cultural prosperity means national strength.Corporate culture is an important foundation for the development and progress of an enterprise.With the depth and breadth of Chinese enterprises’ integration into the global market,the Competition between businesses will be complicated,diversified and globalized,while the enterprise management will change from an experience management mode or a system management mode to a culture management mode.Enterprise culture is the source of the power of the core competitiveness of an enterprise,and it is an important means to build up the image of an enterprise and to unite the people internally.In this context,the construction of excellent culture adapted to the development of an enterprise will enable the enterprise to maintain strong advantages in competition and enhance its core competitiveness.Firstly,this thesis,based on the theories of enterprise culture,the construction process of enterprise culture of S Research Center is introduced in detail,and analyzes the external environment such as politics,economy,society and technology faced by the development of S Research Center with PEST analysis method.Secondly,this thesis also analyzes the internal factors of S Research Center’s corporate culture construction in four aspects,including corporate culture planning,spiritual culture,material culture and institutional culture.Finally,the thesis,combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,such as OCAI evaluation method and on-site interview method,analyzes the types of enterprise culture of S Research Center,and concludes that S Research Center is a market-oriented enterprise culture,as well as summarizes the problems in the construction of enterprise culture in S Research Center based on the employees’ expectation score of enterprise culture and the interview results.To sum up,the thesis,based on the above analyses,puts forward some suggestions on the construction of corporate culture in S Research Center in four aspects: team culture,flexible culture,market-oriented culture and hierarchical culture.This thesis,by sorting out the status quo of enterprise culture construction in S Research Center and combining with employees’ expectations to formulate effective measures for enterprise culture construction,offers a reference for the development of corporate culture in S Research Center,with a view to promoting management and high-quality development of S Research Center through the promotion of corporate culture construction.
