Research On The Diffusion Mechanism Of Cloud Manufacturing Mode Based On System Dynamics

As Manufacturing industry is facing a series of challenges such as resource globalization,personalization and green low carbon production.The rapid development of advanced information technology and manufacturing mode is also changing the traditional manufacturing business model.In order to break through the difficulties of manufacturing development,we must promote the development of manufacturing industry in the direction of digitization and intelligence.Among the many advanced manufacturing modes,cloud manufacturing as a green and efficient manufacturing mode,has been widely concerned because of its unique operation mode and huge advantages.The Chinese government has successively promulgated various policies and regulations such as “Made in China 2025”,“Intelligent manufacturing development plan(2016-2020)”,and other policies and regulations.Chinese enterprises have also begun to actively explore the relevant practices of cloud manufacturing.However,the development of industrial Internet infrastructure in China is still not mature,and the digital and intelligent foundation of manufacturing enterprises is low,which is difficult to provide strong technical support for the development of capacity sharing in manufacturing industry.Although some cloud manufacturing platforms have appeared in manufacturing industry,the coverage of capacity sharing and the penetration rate of manufacturing service platforms are insufficient.Under the current manufacturing environment in China,how cloud manufacturing mode is spread,and it is unclear how different diffusion channels and diffusion modes affect the final promotion and application effect.Based on this,this paper defines the connotation of cloud manufacturing model diffusion through the research of domestic and foreign literature,and analyzes the current situation of cloud manufacturing mode diffusion in China based on relevant policies and data.Based on the above,the paper proposes the three-stage diffusion process of cloud manufacturing mode by using the mutual influence mechanism and the information transmission process between enterprises.The main influencing factors and diffusion modes in the diffusion process of cloud manufacturing mode are summarized.And through the exploration of the internal decision mechanism,the research framework of cloud manufacturing model diffusion is established.Then,from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises,the diffusion law of cloud manufacturing mode is analyzed.The adoption behavior of cloud manufacturing mode is simulated by using SD method.The causal cycle diagram including user market module,enterprise revenue module and diffusion sub module is analyzed.A diffusion model of cloud manufacturing mode based on evolutionary game theory and system dynamics method is established.Finally,considering the influence of platform commission rate,government subsidy,user membership fee and user acceptance intention,the diffusion process of cloud manufacturing model is simulated.The results show that cloud manufacturing model is still in the early stage of diffusion in China,and its diffusion process is similar to the S-curve,which is in line with the diffusion trend of innovation diffusion theory.In the whole diffusion process,different factors have different effects.Among them,the government subsidies to users is better than that of cloud manufacturing service enterprises.The commission amount charged by cloud manufacturing platform has certain influence,but the effect is not significant.Users play an important role in the process of diffusion.The willingness of users to accept and the membership fees are two key factors.The research in this paper helps to have a clear understanding of the diffusion process and law of cloud manufacturing mode.This not only deepens the connotation of cloud manufacturing mode diffusion,but also enriches the theoretical research of cloud manufacturing,and complements the research field of new technology diffusion.In addition,through the study of the government's influence in the game process,it can also provide a reference for the government in formulating policies to promote the diffusion of cloud manufacturing mode.
