| As a complex project vigorously built in recent years,due to its large volume,high construction technical requirements,long time span and many professional participations,the metro is often affected by environmental factors,personnel factors and technical factors in the construction process,resulting in construction delays.With the emergence of Building Information Modeling(BIM),the rise of heuristic intelligent algorithms and the wide application of modern information technology,reasonable application to metro engineering projects will greatly reduce the impact of personnel and technical factors on schedule delays in the construction process,and open up new ideas for the traditional metro project construction progress management problem.This paper mainly conducts optimization research on the progress management of metro projects,improves the efficiency and intelligence of schedule preparation through the automatic generation of component codes,improves the optimization of schedule scheme by combining genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm,and realizes the analysis and display of metro project schedule deviation with the help of BIM model,which is of great significance to the construction progress management of metro projects and has a certain reference role for the progress management of other engineering projects.The specific research content is as follows:(1)By dividing the sub-projects of the metro project,the component coding rules are established,and the corresponding attribute information of the BIM model is expanded according to the attribute requirements of each level of component coding;A metro project progress information extraction method based on Initial Filter Criteria standard(IFC)is proposed,and the component code can be automatically generated according to the component attributes and assigned to the corresponding components.Through the screening of component coding levels and the construction quota of metro processes,the construction time parameters of each construction layer,construction section and each process can be calculated,and the intelligent preparation method of the preliminary construction schedule of metro engineering can be proposed based on the logical relationship between processes.(2)Taking the balanced and optimal construction period,cost,quality and safety objectives of the metro project as the goal,the duration,cost,quality and safety objective functions of the multi-objective optimization of the metro project,as well as the constraints of each objective function,were determined,and the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of the metro project schedule was established by combining the multi-attribute utility theory.In this paper,the genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are combined and improved,and a multi-objective optimization algorithm for metro project schedule planning is proposed,which optimizes the construction organization of the process of Fuzhou Metro Dongmen Station,and solves the construction schedule of the metro project with the shortest construction period and the best balance of cost,quality and safety.(3)Expand the schedule information in the metro model,and realize the link between the BIM model of the metro project and the schedule;The method of automatic correspondence between construction documents and components is proposed,which expands the actual progress information of model construction,and judges whether the project progress is deviated by comparing the actual engineering information with the planned engineering information.A method of visual display of schedule deviation using 3D model is proposed to facilitate the management of construction progress control. |
