Research And Practice Of EPC Engineering General Contracting Risk Management From The Perspective Of "The Belt And Road"

In recent years,Chinese enterprises closely follow the great strategy of "The Belt And Road" and actively promote the general project contracting business from the domestic market to the international market.As most domestic engineering enterprises lack overseas construction experience and there are many differences between Chinese and western cultures,many construction projects in countries along the "The Belt And Road" route are faced with different risks from those in China.Generally speaking,the construction period of the general contracting project is long,the construction scale is large,the contract is priced by fixed contract,and a risk management system is needed to prevent economic and reputation losses,which is of great benefit to protecting China’s image in the "The Belt And Road" countries and even the global market.Therefore,a systematic study on risk management of EPC general contracting project from the perspective of "The Belt And Road" is of great practical value to further promote the development strategy of "The Belt And Road".
