Research On Internal Audit Of G Company’s Supply Chain

The long-term reserve and continuous development of supply chain capabilities have become a key factor for enterprises to stand out in complex situations.With the increasing importance and value of the supply chain,supply chain management capabilities have also attracted the attention of major enterprises.Internal auditing of the supply chain is a comprehensive audit of the business processes in each link of the supply chain.Through internal auditing of the supply chain,it is possible to effectively supervise the overall operation of the internal supply chain of the enterprise,improve supply chain risk management,optimize supply chain processes,and accelerate the efficiency of the supply chain,helping enterprises better achieve their business goals.This article takes a large customized home furnishing company,G Company,which is representative of the "supply,production,and sales" circulation,as a case study object,analyzes the problems existing in the process of carrying out supply chain audits by customized furniture enterprises,and focuses on how to do well in internal auditing of the supply chain to help enterprises strengthen their management of the supply chain.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research literature in the field of internal auditing of the supply chain is summarized,and the research results and current situation of various scholars in this field are briefly summarized.Then,the actual situation of G Company is introduced,and the goals and processes of G Company’s internal auditing of the supply chain are elaborated in detail.Next,the problems existing in the internal auditing of the supply chain of G Company are discussed in detail,and improvement suggestions are provided for the relevant issues in conjunction with the actual situation of G Company.The purpose and significance of this study is to help G Company find and improve its shortcomings in the internal auditing of the supply chain by combining the theory of internal auditing of the supply chain with the practical experience of G Company’s internal auditing of the supply chain.At the same time,it provides experience and reference for other enterprises in the customized home furnishing industry to implement internal auditing of the supply chain,helps the enterprise and its supply chain achieve high-quality development.
