Study On The Design Of Construction Site Welfare Facility System Based On ViP Design Principle

With the direction adjustment of the overall strategy of urban renewal,a large number of construction sites have emerged in the cities,and the demand of urban construction is growing;At the same time,the welfare security needs of industrial workers in the new era concerning people’s livelihood has also become the focus of our macro development strategy.The above background points out the direction for the design of welfare facilities on construction sites and the development of related industries.At present,the related design research of construction site welfare facilities in China is still in the initial stage of exploration.The facilities are mainly designed around single function,and the lack of consideration of the use situation of diversified facilities can not meet the new requirements of the future development of construction site welfare facilities.With the purpose of protecting the rights and interests of construction workers,this design study introduces Vi P design rule into the design of site welfare facilities,uses the future context-oriented design-driven innovation method to construct the future situation of the existing site welfare facilities,endows the site welfare facilities with new value and significance,and guides the designers to carry out innovative design of site welfare facilities.Construct the system of future site welfare facilities.Firstly,the existing site welfare facilities are analyzed and studied,and the Vi P design law and related theories and practices are explored,so as to clarify the applicability and significance of the Vi P design law in the design of site welfare facilities.On this basis,the design process of site welfare facilities based on the Vi P design law is constructed.There are five stages: "deconstruction stage","exploration stage","foresight stage","definition stage" and "design practice stage".In the "deconstruction stage",the existing site welfare facilities are deconstructed from the three dimensions of "product,interaction and situation" through the three-layer model method in Vi P design law,and the product characteristics,interaction characteristics and use situation of the existing site welfare facilities are obtained.In the "exploration stage",on the basis of deconstruction,"site work scene" is determined as the design category,and the future situational factors of site welfare facilities are extracted from the micro level of workers’ use behavior and demand for facilities and the macro level of social development.In the "foresight stage",the collected future situational factors are summarized and sorted out,and the future situation of "happiness at work is the first priority" of construction site welfare facilities is constructed.Meanwhile,the design statement under the new situation is proposed based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.In the "definition stage",the three-layer model is used again to derive the interactive characteristics and product characteristics of the construction site welfare facilities facing the future situation,and three design strategies are proposed: "integrated design to meet diverse needs","intelligent design to achieve scientific management" and "emotional design to create a humanized atmosphere".Finally,in the "design practice stage",guided by the design strategy,the product features are transformed into actual functions,the design concept is proposed,and the final scheme of the welfare facility design on the construction site is gradually refined.This paper aims to build a future situation and explore a new design path of site welfare facilities on the basis of guaranteeing the traditional functions of site welfare facilities.Finally,the welfare facility system of "WELLBEING site Station" is constructed in the design scheme,including the software and hardware design of intelligent welfare terminal and the modular welfare space design.On the basis of meeting the basic physiological needs,it provides a higher level of protection for the health and safety of workers.The establishment of a workers’ welfare exchange mechanism will help to improve work motivation and efficiency;From the details to promote employee interaction,strengthen the emotional link between workers.The design of the whole welfare facility system builds a future-oriented harmonious symbiotic relationship between people and facilities,people and people,and people and the construction site,creating a beautiful work vision of the future construction site dominated by work happiness.
