| Risk identification and management of engineering projects in the construction process have always been hot topics of concern for scholars. In recent years, with the development of the economy and society and the progress of science and technology, the scale of construction projects is expanding and the construction process is becoming more and more complicated,so the types of "project diseases" in the construction process are more and more extensive and the effects are more and more complicated. How to identify, evaluate and manage the "pathogenic factors" of construction projects under construction,so that the projects can complete the construction process in a healthy state is an issue worth exploring. This paper attempts to introduce the medical examination process into the project management process of construction projects in order to provide another research perspective on the risk management of construction projects. In this article, the current research background is explained to understand the current situation and dilemma in the process of construction projects in progress.Firstly, the feasibility of introducing "medical examination" into the field of construction project management is explored by understanding the current application of the concept of "medical examination" in other non-medical fields through literature research, and the connotation of medical examination and healthiness of construction projects under construction is explained.Secondly, the evaluation index system of the healthiness of construction projects in progress is constructed by literature research method, case summary method, and expert consultation method, and the inherent dependence and correlation among risk factors are analyzed by ISM-MICMAC method, and the risk factors are assigned with weights by ISM-ANP method, and the health degree of construction projects in progress is evaluated by gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then,a diagnostic model of the barrier factors of the healthy degree of the project under construction is constructed to identify the key risk factors of the project in the construction process and propose targeted countermeasures to improve the healthiness of the project under construction. Finally,Project A is used as a case study for empirical research.Through research,it is found that :(1)According to the results of the weight assignment,it is clear that among the five categories of primary index factors affecting the health of the projects under construction, the economic category has the greatest influence and the environmental category has the least influence.Among the28 secondary index factors, public opposition and return on investment have the greatest influence, and interest rate changes and resource availability have the least influence.(2)The health evaluation score of Project A is 0.7202,and the health status is good.(3)The results of the obstacle factor diagnosis show that the obstacles to the health of Project A mainly come from the economic category indicator subsystem and the organizational category indicator subsystem, specifically the financing situation, the information asymmetry situation, the ecological damage situation, the cost control situation, and the return on investment situation. It is recommended that countermeasures such as examining financing companies, formulating financing risk plans, implementing monitoring changes in market demand, clarifying the division of responsibility for drawing changes, improving the transparency of information within the project, and training employees’ vocational skills should be taken to further strengthen the level of the healthiness of Project A. |
